Got a 150$ USD gold plated ring for my Bday and the color faded after 4 months and a stone fell off after 5 months. Pandora would not exchange it because I do not live in the country of purchase.

I order a ring and bracelet for my girl on Valentine's Day but the wrong size and sent it back they told me exactly you have 7days to send the item back and we'll give you a refund without the shipping I said cool ok it's been 2 in a half weeks no email no refund no nothing just heads up shipping anything from them and sending it back don't expect anything in return

I've enjoyed my basic, paid subscription to Pandora for years. I love the wife selection and lack of ads.

I hate the way they repeat the same songs way too often. The result: I grow to loathe those songs and Pandora!

I usually listen via a Bluetooth speaker and often find myself running to find my phone so I can change the music. It becomes like a water torture, annoying, intrusive, and not much I can do about it. I press the thumbs down or forward button often, and it doesn't seem to disuade Pandora from pushing music I don't want to hear so often.I subcribe to lots of artists, stations and playlists, so there is no need for this over repetition.

Had to uninstall on my Samsung 23. When I turned on the phone it automatically turned on. Would wake up others. PANDORA IS NOW UNUSABLE! THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM!

Pandora has some seriously gorgeous jewelry. I'm always drawn to their charm bracelets and those cute rings. However some items, especially those with a more delicate finish, tend to tarnish or lose their luster faster than expected. It's advisable to follow their care instructions closely to maintain the jewelry's shine.

I love making stations and seeing what comes up. I tend to do "My Station" over the other options so it will eventually lead to Avenged Sevenfold.Or Selena Gomez. Usually both.

I've heard they don't pay artists as well, but I really enjoy it more than Spotify, which I have also tried.

I love Pandora and the choice of stations, playlists, etc. I listen to it constantly at work. I especially love the Great American Songbook songs; particulary Seth McFarland and Sinatra. I grew up in the 70's and never really bonded with rock, so for me, this is a rare find. My other comment is that is very easy. I listen on my laptop, no messing with a million apps, picking songs, etc. Love the radtio stations. Thank you Pandora.

Don't buy from Pandora
October 29, 2022

I just left Pandora at the Depford Mall. My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for me with charms 2 years ago and it broke. Laura was my associate, she was not caring towards my broken charm. She asked for my boyfriend's email, said there was a different bracelet purchased (lied), would not show me the proof. Told me that Pandora could only repair my bracelet if it was purchased within a year, regardless and told me to go to get it repaired by a jeweler. To be such a large company, you should stand by your merchandise- regardless. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any other jewelry from Pandora and I will reach out to the corporate office regarding this issue.

I have always enjoyed pandora and love listening to music on the app & I don't mind most of the advertisements but the Herschel Walker one. Where the ex-wife talks about a gun being held to her head and him threatening to blow her brains out. Is a bit much. Definitely can't play pandora with my kids around anymore.

For the first time, I made a trial free registration to familiarize myself with the offers from Pandora. After looking at all the possibilities and the range of services from music products, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the customer service process works. I think that I will sign up for a paid offer, I was attracted by the attitude.

Im tired of pandora stopping my music, asking if im still listening. I WAS still listening until you rudely stop my music because I dont give you enough likes. Stop being so needy, its a free app! We should be able to listen without you needing our attention ever 5 damn songs.

I'd say pandora overall is ok besides if you like a song on a station they'll repeatedly play that song like every 2-3 skips or next songs, the main thing I want to point out is I think they should most definitely come up with a dark or night mode which is basically where you can play music & make the screen go dark while the music is playing instead of listening to music while relaxing & the screen is all bright like me I like to listen to music to fall asleep easily I can't fall asleep if my tv light is keeping me awake

Pandora does have the ability to tap into your soul in terms of music. BUT, the app frequently loses sound with volume up and bluetooth connected, or just on phone. 7-8 times now in two months, so, next. Great when it works, but not reliable…

I don't understand how such a well known and successful company cannot fix their algorithm to where it does not play the same songs over and over. I switch stations and the genres are completely different and the same songs still play. There's no getting away from it. Business Pandora is even WORSE, completely unhappy with business Pandora and am currently switching to Rockbot, hopefully they can do a better job.

Signed on ad free for 4.99. We are on fixed income so when bank statement came in surprise! Being charge 9.99 a mth. I know seems like little, but when two homeless people with a rescue dog are living off 1600. A month ssi. It is a lot. Being screwed by Google and pandora. Do not use Google pay they don't care and pandora can't be reached. Use neither. Saddens. E to say they don't care about you or me!

I thought I would give Pandora a try as it was the cheapest of the 3 music streaming apps on my Fitbit Sense watch. Well now I know why it is. I spent the better part of a day trying to get music to download onto the app on the watch. It kept saying it was syncing and then stopped. I thought there was an issue with the watch until I tried Deezer. Absolutely no issues. The Pandora app is worthless on the Fitbit. Deezer is more expensive, but at least it works on my Fitbit so Pandora lost me as a customer.
