This company is terrible! Do NOT waste your time. So in November I ordered Christmas pajamas for my baby's first Christmas. They sent me an email stating that the processing time is 5-25 days plus 15 days of shipping! I still haven't received my order. If I had seen the processing time I wouldn't have ordered something for Christmas.

My order doesn't even show up in the order tracker! When I ask about my order, they send the same response twice. They didn't even take the time to see that someone else had already sent an identical message. When I asked them to cancel my order, they said they would only give me a $5 refund! Who wants Christmas pajamas in January! They also take a long time to answer messages. Don't waste your time, order from another site.

I ordered in September. Turns out 3rd party delivery company tried to delivery in October, but needed to verify address. I was never contacted. Then in November, PatPat emailed saying parcel has shipped, here is tracking. TRACKING STILL SAYS ITS ON ITS WAY. IN DECEMBER. I bypasses PatPat and went to the delivery company directly. They have cancelled the delivery, stating unable to deliver. I've given them my complete correct address, and they say they will post it. I contacted PatPAT and they just gave me the speech about things can be slow etc etc Then they told me to contact the 3rd party delivery company. That should be their job no? So still haven't received by package and am appalled by the customer service and lack of any quality from PatPat.

I made the mistake of ordering from here before I noticed the 7-30 day processing time for an order. I immediately tried to cancel the order because I figured I wouldn't get them in time for Christmas. Every time I email them with the request to cancel, they write me back saying to "kindly wait a few extra days" for them to ship. I write them back saying "no thank you, just cancel the order." It's been going back and forth like this for two weeks where they won't cancel the order and ask me to be patient. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I couldn't get them on the phone. This has all been through email. This company is terrible and probably a scam.

Negative reviews are all true! I bought 3 items from this fraudulent company and finally after a month of waiting I received them in terrible quality and sizes that do not fit properly. Now I am in contact with their "customer service" who are so unprofessional and do not have any respect to customers (just wrote 7th email in attempt to return my order). Never buy from this company!

Disappointed.

After making a £150 order I waited 2 months to finally get a refund. I was told after 2 weeks to contact Yodel (not actually my responsibility) however I did- no parcel.
After chasing for weeks and weeks they finally gave me a refund and the emails were patronising 'have a nice day'
Would never ever order from this site. Stay away!

Freaking OUt

So I didn't read any of these reviews BEFORE i ordered and I wish I had. I placed my order for family Christmas pajamas on 10/4/17, well in advance to allow for lengthy shipping time. Today is 12/8/17 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times, no response. I can't find a phone number to contact for confirmation that my order is actually coming at all. Ugh. I was so excited to find matching family pajamas that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Guess you get what you pay for. NOT HAPPY

Worst company ever

This company is a complete scam... first of all your order will arrive by slow boat from China- they might have a US address but it is shipped from China... and I use the term "shipped" loosely - then there really is a no return policy... they want pictures and documentation etc. so all sales are really "final sales" -Cannot believe that they actually are on Amazon...

Ordered Christmas pajamas in November. Once ordered you get a mail asking you to wait-30 BUSINESS DAYS for deliver. These are a set of Christmas pajamas- no point getting them in January. No reply from customer services- now requesting a refund. Nightmare.

I bought two toddler hoodies as a gift. They took four weeks to arrive. I gave one gift two weeks after they arrived. The zipper broke before it was laundered for the first time. When I contacted Pat Pat for a replacement they said I was 30 days past the purchase date so it was not returnable. BUYER BEWARE! There is no phone number for this company and you will be subject to their policy to not replace defective products.

I would rate zero stars of I could! Charged me twice for an order. I called to advise of mistake. You can't get a person on the phone. Emailed, no response. Filed a claim with PayPal, no response there either. This is either a fake company, or their customer service is astoundingly horrible. BEWARE!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had no problem waiting for the (VERY) lengthy ship time - comes directly from China. But when pj's arrived the sizing was completely Asian. The men's XL fit me - 120 lbs, 5'5". The women's medium (which I ordered for myself) fit my 10-yr old niece. Really? Customer service was so reluctant to refund my purchase I had to take a PHOTO of my order to send them AND reiterate MULTIPLE times WHY i wanted to return. (Sizing) I was offered a 50% refund to keep the items and regift, which I did, but am STILL awaiting my 50% refund. Frankly I bet I never see it. I have advised PayPal to release this vendor.
Remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

This company is a total and complete scam. I was excited when I saw clothes on pat pat that I had seen in children's boutiques for a lower price. I was so incredibly disappointed when I received my order. Quite literally straight from China. With import sticker from China still on the package. The clothes are knock offs. Terrible material, horrible stitching, threads everywhere, wrong sizing. Just awful. Feel so robbed. Have contacted customer service several times and have not heard anything back.

Do not order from this company. Its a scam. If you paid through PayPal you might get your money back but you wont get a refund from PATPAT directly. Awful company.

Fraudulent company

Do not order anything from them! They will charge you and you will never get your items. You cant get anyone on the phone, and then by email they will say they dont have your email on file yet they charged your card. I filed a claim with my credit card company stating its a fraudulent company. Which it is!

No motivated to buy again

Service is horrible. Email them and never get a reply. Shipping is also super long, it took month to get it. Well, actually, it has been a month, and I still haven't receive my package.

Update: I finally received my package! Wohoo! However, they sent me 5 years old baby cloth even my baby is just only one year old. I tried to contact them for return, no body pick up calls and no reply from email. It has been almost a month. I have no idea how to get my $178 back. I guess I will just have to save those cloth for another 4 years until my baby finally able to wear them.

I ordered matching Christmas family pj's from PatPat at the beginning of October. After waiting 34 days (their only shipping policy says that delivery is 5-15 days to the US), my order finally arrived and it was a joke. The 12-18 month pj bottoms had an inseam of 15.5 and a length, waist to bottom of pant leg of 24. There is not a single 12-18 month old child with legs that long. The shirt from shoulder to cuff was 17.5 inches and the shirt itself was 18.5 long. If the shirt hung 2.5 inches over the top of the pants, my child would have to be 40 tallthat is over 3 feet. According to Babycenter, the average 18 month old is 31.7-33.1 inches tall. Then I opened the 3-4 year size. Again, huge. The pants were 29 long with a 19.25 inseam. The shirt was 23 long with a sleeve length of 22. According to the CDC, the average height of a 4 year old boy is 37 tall. I didn't open the adult packages because there was no point... we can't match our children if their pj's don't fit. Now PatPat wants me to pay to send them back even though I did not get what I ordered. They don't even know what they're shipping. The package is marked Size Kids 11-12 Years, Color: Blue, Size Kids: 3-4 years. Which is it because those two ages wear VERY different sizes!
