I ordered a bunch of matching family outfits for a trip to Miami, but due to an unfortunate event we had to cancel. I reached out to PatPat, explaining the situation and to return the items. In return, I received such a benevolent response from Mary. It shows they truly care about their customers. Her kind words and support truly made me feel better. Along with a refund, they were so kind to offer to let me keep the items so I can share with family and friends. Beyond satisfied with their customer service. Cute clothes at great prices! I hate spending alot on kid clothes epecially how fast they grow out of things. Takes a while to arrive so next time I will order a size up. Order got stuck in customs. I contacted them and they sorted it out right away.
I had to do a return and purchase a difference size and I got helped by Samuel who made it very easy!
I wasn't sure what to expect at such low prices. However, I didn't expect typos or hoochy clothes for infants.
I purchased several items which unfortunately were way too large for the children I purchased them for. I purchased the sizes I normally would purchase, but these were a lot larger than anticipated. I contacted Customer Service and received an email reply within the same day (which surprised me). We were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I worked with GENALIE who was most professional and prompt with replies and resolution.
Wow i was so impressed with the way Genalie and management dealt with my return and refund. They allowed me to keep items and they gave me a refund i know a 1 time deal but they were super nice and respectful. 2 items were too small and there were no bigger sizes. The one item fits well so im pleased. They helped me and now ill help someone by donating these maternity items. :) thank you
