I just ordered a lots of clothes and pairs of crocs. But size was not fit anymore. But decided to email to patpat for size change or refund. They did everything very well.
Returning merchandise didn't like the quality or how it fit on me. The customer service was very helpful in returning the item.
My husband ordered me a dress for mothers day. After a month of still not getting my dress, they offered me a voucher to spend on the site. They did not refund the cost of the shipping that I originally paid for the dress and when you use the voucher it still only covers the cost of the items your buying so I have to still pay more shipping. I will not be buying anything else from this site.
I have ordered a few times and every time was positively impressed. Good prices for amazing quality.

I ordered a jacket for my grandson and when it arrived, I discovered that the sizes run small. I contacted PatPat customer service about making an exchange and was able to quickly resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. The courtesy and respect I was shown by the customer service team was world class. I would highly recommend PatPat to anyone who has young children.

If you love family matching outfits then PatPat is the place for you! The prices are so affordable, so many great sales. The items quality is decent. The styles and patterns are great. I wish they had more family outfits for infant boys and more extensive sizing especially for postpartum. The customer service is exceptional! I had issues with a few of the sizes and they were so helpful. I emailed with a customer service representative named Heinz who was very accommodating. I have recommended PatPat to all of my friends and family (and strangers who complement out matching outfits).
