From the day one I have been having not one, but a lot of issues with app, in which a lot of glitches are present, technical issues of the app and the account in questions, holding my money and made me have a lot of trouble with my personal finances.
Edwin was my customer service advisor. He was always very attentive and willing to help me resolve my issues, even though I called repeatedly regarding the same issue. He was always willing to help me. I prefer contacting him by phone rather than through chat to resolve my issues.
I've been working with Payoneer since 2020. Until recently, everything was fine. But they asked for a utility review again. I sent the requested document. This operation usually takes 3 days. I'm waiting for a reply for more than 2 months, and nothing has happened. At first, they sent standard messages like, "You're a very important customer, we're trying to resolve this as quickly as possible."but now they don't even give out my messages. Awful expirience. I DO NOT RECOMEND working with Payoneer

I'd been using Payoneer for more than a year. And so far, I admire their customer service team. If my payments get delayed, it's easy fix because they're available 24/7.
My Payoneer account was unfairly closed without any valid reason. I have been a loyal customer since 2023, receiving clean payments only from trusted platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon Kindle. Despite my clean history, Payoneer restricted my account and ignored my repeated support requests. This is unprofessional and shows that Payoneer does not value its customers. They constantly close accounts without reason, provide no real solutions, and leave clients without access to their funds. I demand an immediate review of my case and reinstatement of my account. If Payoneer continues to ignore me, I will escalate this matter to every possible consumer protection authority and public platform.

My payment was initiated by my payor on Friday, September 19, but has not yet been initiated for transfer to my banking account. Now I'll be waiting for my funds until possibly Wednesday, nearly a week later. This is ridiculous in this day and age of instant transactions.

It was a releaf to not hear background noise while talking to the Payoneer rep. Not this rep but usually when I call Payoneer it's like I hear lots of others people talking and yelling in the background. When I firsrr the called and explained my problem I was passed on to this Payoneer rep and she quickly fixed my problem.
I am not getting a verification code when I try to log in to my Payoneer account. I didn't get any solution by mailing. After I tried to reach out by phone call, call center easily solved all my problems.
