She was genuine, sweet, and truly eager to help. Not only did she resolve my issue efficiently, but she also went above and beyond by offering additional assistance in other areas. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would confidently rate my experience 5 stars.

I've been dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. $10,500 was stolen from my account through fraudulent transactions — without any email or SMS confirmation from Payoneer. This is a serious security failure. I reported the issue immediately. Google confirmed the fraud and processed the chargeback in 24 hours. Payoneer gave me written confirmation that the refund would be issued by October 9. But weeks later, nothing has happened. I have contacted Payoneer support around 25 times, and every time I get new excuses, delays, or copy-paste replies. I've been promised multiple calls that never happened. This is not how a financial company should treat its customers. The lack of accountability, urgency, and transparency is shocking. I have full written proof, chat transcripts, and Google confirmation, yet Payoneer continues to stall.
This is more than bad service — it's negligence.

I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Payoneer. After being locked out of my account for nearly six months with no meaningful assistance, I finally regained access, only to be informed less than a month later that my account had been permanently closed for allegedly violating the company's Terms of Service. Payoneer refused to explain what specific rule I supposedly broke. As a busy business professional who only uses Payoneer to pay freelancers promptly, any suggestion that I misused the service is completely unfounded. When I attempted to escalate the issue, I was told not to, and even a letter I sent via FedEx to the CEO was dismissed and redirected back to the same unhelpful customer service department. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for a financial institution. It's especially disappointing given that I had successfully used Payoneer for years to transfer funds to my freelancers. I've since heard from several freelancers who've had their accounts closed without explanation as well. If you currently use Payoneer or are considering it, I strongly advise caution. The company has a pattern of freezing accounts, both for customers and their freelancers, and forcing users to go through burdensome verification processes for standard transfers. Thankfully, I've since switched to another payment service with 24/7 customer support and a much simpler, more reliable system. As a warning to others, this was the exact message I received: "Following our review of your Payoneer account details and activities, which included an extensive investigation and careful consideration, on July 21,2025, Payoneer chose to cease the provision of the Payoneer Payment Services to you... Payoneer is under no obligation to disclose the reason for the closure."

Been using Payoneer 3 years and counting, I recently had an issue that got resolved. I just wish they sent an apology email for the delay. Overall, Payoneer is good.

My account was blocked for no known reason. On my first try I contacted payoneer's hotline, and immediately got an answer. Before ending the call they made sure my account is ok.
I tried for several days to remember my responses to my questions, and to no avail.Finally, I reached out to customer service and they came to the rescue.

To the Support Team, Thank you for patiently assisting me and helping resolve my concern. My issue was caused by using an old verification code instead of the latest one. I was able to temporarily access my Payoneer account, but afterward, the website displayed "Access Denied." After a few hours, I discovered that using my phone's data instead of my home Wi-Fi allowed me to log in successfully. As advised, I'll contact my internet provider and reboot my modem since the issue seems to be on my Wi-Fi's end. I truly commend how meticulous the company is when it comes to security. It only proves how trustworthy Payoneer is in protecting customers' privacy and data. I hope there's no bigger issue beyond this, but overall, I'm very grateful. Payoneer is indeed a great company. My sincerest thanks!
