RHi, Guys,
Please stop using paytm as they just keep your money to their wallet for big bills, like if you are recharging from them then they will do it very quick, because the cost of the recharge is always under Rs. 500/- but if you are using thier service for other billers like BSES electricity or any other bill which is more than Rs. 500/- then they will fail the transaction saying "operator not available" and then they transfer your money to their Paytm wallet, and ask you to wait for 3-10 working days to recieve the payment in your Credit/Debit card or bank account.
Customers stuck with paytm anyhow, if resolution is asked then they say use the money for other recharges,
I have tried to pay my BSES bill and it was Rs. 1650/- from my credit card and they did the same money was with them in paytm wallet and they insisted me to recharge another service.
I got a charge of Rs. 500/- on my credit card because I was unable to make the credit card payment on time.
I got a charge of Rs. 300/- to re connect my BSES meter as they cut my electricity because of non-payment.

Paytm service is very very bad.
I am writing all this by taking my time because I want you to beware! Of what paytm is doing.

THEY ROTATE MONEY IN BUYING FOREX FROM OUR MONEY, JUST LIKE BANKS DO.

What the hell is this paytm is only the FRAUD Company nothing else. They said - we don't have a courier pick-up service at your address and would appreciate if you can courier the product. But they can deliver product on same address.

For the namesake return policy is there, but there is no return option for the product in PAYTM website.

I recharged my mobile and it is showing as successful in paytm but amount not received in my mobile.

I have sent an email to customer support 7 times and they are not at all replying to me...
Worst support... Please dont use it.

While Booking you Showing the Date of Delivery is Next Two Days,
But After Payments Done Expected Date of Delivery is INCREASED Twice a Day.
I had Done the Payment in the (Morning) May 26,2015 Then Why you Shipping my item on 30th May 2015, While Shipping Address is is the Heart of Delhi pin *******.

Other Vendors are Delivering all item in Just NEXT Day of Purchasing item.

I will update the Status Everywhere on the Internet Fastest Courier and Fastest Delivery and Biggest Supplier PAYTM.

I ordered one mobile from paytm with cashback offer of Rs.334.As said on paytm site i refund was going to add in my wallet 24 hours after delivery. But it wasnt added automatically. But paytm clear instruction was there if cash is not refunded within 2 hours mail us on *******@paytm.com. I did so and next day i received cashback.
Yes you have to claim that refund then only you will get it.

Regarding delivery, ya its take about week to deliver.So better to go for another site or buy directly from shop as waiting is really annoying.

After ordering i read so much negative reviews and was regreting for my decision. But thankfully i received it well. Ecom deliver partner was ok. Also packaging was not good enough as my bill has crushed due to poor handling.
This was my experience regarding shopping. I hope it will be helpful.

My order with number ******* was cancelled after 22 days and only partial amount is credited back to my account.
Paytm is lying that product is lost during transit, but actually they have increased the price now.
Product was not at all shipped and if it was shipped i should have received a message when it was shipped along with tracking details.
Seller is selling product with less discount and increased price.
Fraud website. Lier customer care executives..

A few days a ago there was an offer on paytm regarding koutons jeans worth INR 4,999.00 just of INR 999.00 with INR 399.00 cash back after delivery.the shipment was dispatch against order number *******‏, a power bank was offered free along with it.

I received the delivery& to my shock it was not koutons, it was a bloody ordinary road side hawker brand sent to me along with a stupid powder bank which does not work either.

The combo jeans offer is not what was actually offered.it was a complete fraud, waste of time & their customer service is all S**t. They just keep sending standard formatted messages which never speak of the rubbish brand they have sent, neither do they give any reason for the power bank not working.

May the curse be on paytm, who cheat with people and their hard earned money, may all involved face the toughest of situations in their lives & this INR 999.00 teaches them a lesson.

I want to take this to consumer court & even ahead, don't mind spending a fortune if i have to, but this order will for sure be treated as one of the worst that paytm has ever dealt with.
