Paytm transactions system is worst. It don't reflect correct status of the transaction. They process failed transaction and somehow mend money. I had recharged (special offer where no money will be credited) using paytm and status shown is transaction failed. So I had manually recharged. After sometime transaction shown success in paytm and money got debuted. Finally its waste of money. How can they process failed transaction it's not fair. My money was taken by those idiots paytm guys. They don't have proper customer care number. They don't care to reply for mails. I wrote email asking to provide them contact number many times but no reply. Don't use their services.

They even not responsed for customers pblms... i ordered chopper but it was damged... they i mailed them but no reply from them... i sincerely suggest dnt go for paytm its waste of time, money... waste paytm

I recharged for 150 rupees. They deducted money but recharge not happened. I mailed the customer care they sent a mail like they will solve it. But it didn't happen, I kept on sending mails but I got no replies. Only waste of time and money. I uninstalled the app, I thought if I put a review will help others so I wrote it. Please don't usepaytm then you will regret one day. After eight hours they replied now like amount has been added to cash wallet because of technical problems. Why can't they keep customer care number in which we can talk lively..

Do u know Why Paytm is bad? Because paytm don't care about what seller is sending to customer it is an open platform for sellers/dealers/suppliers where they supply their defective items because there is no penalty or no reviews system for sellers on website. If the same seller dispatches wrong item on amazon.in or zoprix.com then they will be excluded from website by quality team, so why the product quality depends on action of eCommerce service providers over sellers in case of bad service.

I ordered nova trimmer on 04 dec 14, I have been your loyal customer from last 6 months I have adviced my friends to buy products from paytm, But this time you broked he trust by cancelling the product after 5 days, I was suppose to gift this to sumone, and I dint buy anything on flipkart app day beause I trusted you guys and you have taken payment i advance, Now I will have to buy same product from other place for 450 who is responsible for my extra money loss? It simply sucks... I recived a wrong product. And then I asked for a return.
The pickup guy claims that he came at my door step and was asked for a reattempt the next day, I am not even aware of the guy coming at my door step?
I call at delivery.com as notified in a text, and ask them to add an additional instruction, that the delivery guy should make me a call before he comes.
I don't get a call or any notification what so ever, and when I call back at delivery.com they say that I have cancelled the return?
I mean what the hell is wrong with these guys, Do they have any limits?

Now I am gonna take action against them if they don't refund me the amount..

Its and tartaric to attract the customers they have lunch a sale were they lunch a amazing offer like get cash back of 20% or 40%. But be careful my friend its and all fraud see trick is that
Once you buy any product they say your cash back is credited in 24 hrs when your item shipped. But they never shipped any product the took lots of time like 10 to 15 days. You wait for 10 to 15 days in the end you cancel the order.if you contact customer care they will send you this kind of Email.-

THAT'S THEY WAY COLLECT THE CASH FROM PEOPLE.
If you see any kind of sale on paytm and if there is branded company thing witch you get chipper than any other. Its just fraud sale they only collect your money and wait for your cancellation of order.
In the end you west your time and also miss some good deal from other true sites.
So don't be fool and shop with paytm.
