Stay far away from pdfaid.com. There's no clear warning that they'll charge you monthly. You'll only notice when your bank alerts you.

It started well - uploading was fast, good editing tools. But... The download button redirected to registration form, then came the request for a payment.

I didn't realize that clicking "Download" on pdfaid.com meant subscribing to a $39/month plan. There was no clear warning, and the service is not worth it at all.

Pdfaid.com is deceptive. You can edit your document, but as soon as you want to download, you have to pay. Then they start billing you monthly without clear agreement.

They tricked me with their "no registration needed" claim. I managed to upload and edit a document but couldn't export it until I logged in. Right after that, my card was charged. I received no receipt, no subscription confirmation, and no option to reverse the charge.

Editing a PDF on this site seems free, but once you're done, everything stops working unless you pay. They hold your file hostage. There's no warning this will happen, and the charge appears instantly. This isn't a legitimate service — it's a trap hiding behind free tools.

Used it to sign a contract. Seemed simple until i reached the download step. Then, suddenly, i was asked to register and make a payment. No clear mention of cost until the very end. Not only that, but i was also auto-enrolled in a subscription!

There's no cancel button. You get subscribed automatically. Avoid this scam! Fake free tool. It's not free and ends up costing a lot.

The process started well. I used their editor to remove several pages from a document and add a header. As soon as I finished, though, I was met with a login wall and payment prompt. None of that was shown before. Total waste of time, and the file wasn't even saved.

I expected a one-time fee, but the site charged me twice within a few days. They don't disclose that you're being signed up for a recurring payment. There's no account dashboard, no clear cancellation process. Once they have your card, you're stuck. This is dishonest business behavior.
