PDFSimpli funciona únicamente mediante suscripciones, incluso durante los periodos de prueba. Al momento de realizar el pago, es necesario aceptar los términos y condiciones, donde se explica claramente que, si la suscripción no se cancela dentro del periodo de prueba, esta se renueva automáticamente. Además, el mismo día de la compra se envía un correo de confirmación con todos los detalles del plan, fechas y opciones de cancelación.
Nuestro sistema no se basa en el uso, sino en si la suscripción fue cancelada correctamente y a tiempo. Si el cargo se realizó, significa que la suscripción seguía activa al momento de la renovación.
En cuanto a los reembolsos, contamos con una política de reembolso de 30 días, y cualquier devolución debe ser solicitada explícitamente a nuestro equipo de soporte para que pueda ser evaluada y procesada conforme a dicha política. En ningún caso se condiciona a los usuarios a “permanecer en la página” para recibir asistencia; nuestro objetivo siempre es ayudar dentro de las políticas establecidas.

Adobe charges discreetly amounts which are not applicable, till the customer wakes up and starts asking questions, only then Adobe will start negotiation, Funnily this PDF Simply subscription is controlled by Adobe and we cannot cancle the subscription from the customer end. I had to chat with a "REAL AGENT" whoc couldnt even form a grammatically correct sentence, it took me 40 minutes to convince that gilrl"LUNA" that i do not need this service and stop charging my CC $ 29.95 every month... Bulll $#*!tt

Because i cancelled it instead of them, even though i cancelled the same day it "renewed"

I downloaded the trial & paid $1.95. It did not work for me. So I canceled prior to the charge. But they still charged my card $49.95. I contacted them via chat bot. I explained what happened & they refunded me $45 of the $45.95. Evidently this service is mostly for businesses. The chat bot was very helpful.
