Completely unreliable

Despite several attempts to cancel my subscription, f7nds were deducted from my card. The only way to stop was to report this to block my card. I have reported this to the central fraud helpline.

If you experienced difficulties, our support team is always available to assist with cancellation or billing concerns. We found no record of communication from you prior to your card being blocked, and no indication of any system errors on our end. Subscriptions only renew when not canceled during the initial 14-day period, and confirmation emails with all terms are sent on the day of sign-up.

PDF Simpli works with a user based system in which every user must choose the trial plan where it is explained that the account is for 14 days and due to an automatic renewal upon not canceling within the trial period. Also, every customer receives these details in the email once the account is created with plenty of options on how to cancel. Computer Failure

I'm 88 years old a not as agile as I was. Once. I attempted to use your program to help me out on a trial base and a week later my computer failed and much later I decided to have it repaired. When I finally got my computer back from the shop it had many changes which I did not recognize and you're program was not there or I had fotgoten it since I had used it once. In the meantime you began charging me every month for its use. I think the way you do business is unethical. This idea of try my program for 2 weeks and if you do not cancel it you own it it is hard to be believe it shows desperation. We are managing on retirement income and to loose $ 150 for something I never used, is not the American business way that I grew up in.

Habe eigenlich nur eine Pdf Datei übersetzen lassen,
Dafür habe 3,99 euro bezahlt, und damit war ich zufrieden. Es wurden auch nicht alle seiten übersetzt konnte mir aber mit Google helfen. Nur was ich nicht wußte das mir eine Email geschickt wurde wo drin stande das dies ein Abo zum Preis 49,95 ist, auf der Web Seite konnte man das nicht sehen. Leider wurde die Email auch in mein Spam Ordner geladen. Dann wurde mir vor 14 Tagen 49,95 berechnet. Paypal Käuferschutz greift leider nicht!
Also Vorsicht! Immer schön in die emai kontrollieren und auch den Spam Ordner im Auge behalten.

I was charged $100 when it displayed a $1 fee. I am sure I missed the small writing somewhere that showed the $100 charge. I called and spoke with * who was not well spoken but well spoken enough to be extremely rude. She refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and when I asked for her name again, she refused and said "I already gave it to you, if you don't know it, that's your problem". I said whoa!, that's not how you talk to customers and she clearly did not care. I advised of the charge and how it was done by my underage daughter. She said I need to do a better job of watching my kids and it's not her problem my daughter got a hold of my card. I then hung up and reached *. * immediately started raising her voice telling me I already called in and there is nothing more to explain, she then said I received a credit today already and nothing else would be done. I advised the credit was a partial, not full credit and it was on the 31st. She would not confirm when I asked her. * continued to yell at me and said I am no longer welcome to speak to anyone by phone and if I wanted to communicate it would need to be by email and she hung up. * and * hate their job, that much is clear. They are clearly young and unprofessional and I sincerely hope management will address them as this is no way to communicate. Do not use pdfsimpli, you will be treated like a middle school child. Worst experience yet!

We take all customer feedback seriously, but we must clarify that your review contains multiple false and misleading claims about your experience with PDFSimpli and our support team.

First, your account was billed $49.95 every 4 weeks, not $100 at once. As explained during your call, these charges were made in accordance with the subscription terms you agreed to on February 14th, 2025, which were sent to you by email the day you signed up. You were charged appropriately after not canceling the trial.

Our agents tried their best to assist you and even issued a partial refund of $45.66 as a courtesy. Despite their efforts to help, you and your father chose to be aggressive, disrespectful, and insulting towards our staff. After reviewing the call recordings, it is clear that our agents tried to remain calm and assist you further, while it was you and your father who escalated the situation. Our agents did not yell at him at any point; it was Carissa’s father who began raising his voice and belittling our staff throughout the call.

Additionally, the claim that the account was created by a "12-year-old" is untrue. The account was registered by you and used for college coursework. Our agents also offered to escalate the issue and provided you with the appropriate support email (support@pdfsimpli. Com) so that a different department could review your case further — you refused to engage respectfully and instead chose to mock our staff.

We must emphasize that our agents are people too and deserve to be treated with respect. Being a "customer" does not give anyone the right to be verbally abusive or nasty toward them. Harassment of our employees is something we take very seriously and will not tolerate.

We stand firmly behind how our team handled your case. Should you wish to continue communication respectfully, you are welcome to contact us at support@pdfsimpli. Com where another department can review if any additional resolution is possible. Continued harassment, however, will not be entertained.

Limited Help

I searched for a free pdf editor. PDFSimpli was returned in the results. To use PDFSimpli a payment is needed. Either Google or PDFSimpli generated a misleading result. I did use PDFSimpli paying for their 14 day plan. I find PDFSimpli cumbersome and rather featureless compared to other commercial pdf editors. I will not renew.

No considero justo que después de haberme dado de baja tenga que pagar un mes mas, además el pago decía setenta y algo de pesos mexicanos y después apareció con setecientos pesos, por lo que tuve necesidad de bloquearlos para que no pudieran realizar el cobro adicional que quieren ustedes hacerme.

Very misleading about trial period. Without any clear indication, they immediately withdraw 50,- from the given account each month
