My experience with Pepperstone took a frustrating turn when I tried to withdraw about $74,000 (seventy-four thousand dollars) from my account. What should have been a routine process turned into days of delays with no clear explanation. Each time I contacted support, I received the same generic responses that didn't address the real issue or offer any proper timeline. It felt like I was stuck in a loop, unable to access my own funds and unsure what more I was expected to do.

After getting nowhere with Pepperstone's support, I eventually contacted ALLP.UK, and that's when things finally started moving. They reviewed my case carefully, handled communication professionally, and guided me through the steps needed for the withdrawal to be released. Without ALLP.UK, I doubt the issue would have been resolved as quickly as it was. While I'm grateful it's over, Pepperstone really needs to improve communication and transparency around withdrawal delays.

Stay away from this company if you are looking to invest. My colleague lost almost 200k CAD to this crooks and she was devastated for months. She could not withdraw her capital not to mention the profits that was shown on her portfolio. However, it was lucky that she met a company online who took it upon themselves to recover the stolen funds. They closed my account suddenly, and stole my BTC. Don't trust the fake reviews here. They are just scammers who will let you deposit for a while then take over all of your money when you least expect it, then begin asking for more as withdrawal fee and so on

They contacted me I don't know how and sent me a motivating messages, I responded, we continued chatting on created a group encouraging us to buy and sell ustd just like a mini training, then after a while I invested 300$ they took it all and said if I want to take back my investment plus my profit, I had to do further investment of 1200$ before I can gain back everything, I asked them to give me back only the amount I invested, they kept everything, any time I try to withdraw my money it keep up failing, I lose everything with personne, they are so wicked

I withdrew from my account and it indicated the transaction was successful. However, on the history, it says that "The withdrawal failed they're having a difficulty with sending the payment and I should contact their support team." I've done so none has responded
My trading account reads zero, and I haven't received any money on my PayPal account. RUN from these thieves! I wish I read these reviews earlier, too.

TOTAL SCAM BUCKETSHOP - For ten weeks trading with them and executing over 1000 trades I'd compare pepperstone's own live account with a demo account of theirs as well as other forex prices, I was getting different prices on live account. Stop hunting the norm, changing trades 'willy nilly', the live feed on my screen would change to total different prices and history in a flash, total different to their demo account and other forex brokers. 800 pips different on my feed from pepperstone from every other broker. My screen would not convert back to real forex prices. I had many winning trades that would not take profit when price reached. Is all I could do was close all my positions at once and take a 50 percent loss, for pepperstone would not let me trade real forex. Lost over two thousand dollars. To cap it all off, they will not give me all my money back which is in their account... Some people say, "go see ASIC", well ASIC is a facade for industry rule.
