There are certain features that they need to add, polish, or remove. Tho, in general, I consider the place, spot on for futures and forex trading especially. Tight spreads on some accounts, balanced leverage, which you can set on your own. Processes were smooth, I haven't had any delays or inaccuracies. As a usual broker for intraday trading why not.

Is probably how flexible you can feel yourself at the platform, at the same time, not confused by a number of features. I talk primarily about accounts for basically every trading style, scalping, day trading, algo trading, whatever you can come up with.

I can't say if the better execution is worth it, maybe it really is tho. But I think if you trade like scalping or something, then it can be a bette rchoice, but leverage would go down to 1:200.
For me live variable spreads is okay, because leverage is up to 1:1000, though spreads are a little bit high and not around 1 all the time, 2pips is more accurate.

Had my account started arround a year ago and since then my trading expereince with the broker has been spotless, seriously I got literally zero issues that diminish trading quality. I'm doing mostly metals and indices, with minors on side quests - the trades have been regularly normal with gains on a constant basis thanks to competitive spreads and my risk management.

Just one thing is that you have to fund the deposit with a higher amount if you wanna see the difference with bonuses.And they offer really good bonuses. Speaking of which - once got some questions and Esther, the support manager, resolved them all, it was very quick.Helped a lot.

I can't mention but help about the improtsnace of education, people, if you want to succeed you have to dedicate yourself to education. Here, I learned many things, in particular how important it is to follow your margin level to avoid margin calls, I blew up one account already but I'm not gonna make the same mistakes after reading their blog.

As it turns out the biggest choice of instruments is in categories that I usually trade forex and index futures Idk why those assets, maybe technically they move better than others. About the broker… They wouldn't set the Thames on fire, but have normal trading conditions and platforms. For high volumes, recommend their ecn acc, $4.5 commish is fair enough

Been with eur/usd for a long itme and I thought its time to add some new assets and I am glad that I found gbp/cad and eur/aud these two minors are pretty decent. Sure they havea bit more spread but here with even floating I can get some nice deals, as long as I dont go too much on a lot, positioning is very important if you want to control risks.

Not a messy personal area, fast to make payments, get trading central insights, and set the leverage. This saves time and nerves, two qualities, which you start value more once you reach the level like mine. Another thing I found good about the broker is their absolute zero account. The lowest spreads I've seen so far...

I'll admit I didn't trust their bonus, I thought, okay, here comes the trap. But after reading all the terms and conditions, I comprehended they're not requiring some strict rules like $******* million trade turnover or trading with only high leverage unlike in other brokerage places. It felt strange at first, anyway, the booster bonus actually worked and helped me to gain profits.

I'm trading here for one reason: future CFD contracts have unlimited swap free here. In practice it means 30 free days for majors, and 10 days for other pairs. Works on all acconts, aas far as I'm aware. That means that holding trade till its profitable is actualy totally ok here. Which makes my trading a lot easier. If you cant profit even when you hold trade for 30 days...

Back when I was testing three brokers at once, I noticed something interesting. Two of them froze during volatility, but Fxgiants kept ticking smoothly. That comparison made me narrow my choices quickly. Even though their platform looks outdated, I place the trading conditions in the 1st place rather than having a cutting-edge platform with not the best conditions

If you ever get frustrated by slow withdrawals, here's a trick. Using BTC payment is clearly faster than a bank transfer there, transactions proceed within a few hours or less depending on the load of the blockchain network. I got sick of slow transfers via a bank card and wire transfer where I had to wait for 2-5 days. Choosing the right method makes a huge difference.

Literally had this happen last 2 times I really got into trading, there were fees for just holding a position, or for my cash sitting inside the broker. They even charged me 25$ for trying to withdraw lol. Fxgiants, didnt have fees at all so far, except for spread. Free withdrawal, and even VPS was free.The fact that its all STP, I like it so far.

I hate delays and there is nothing to hate fxgiants for. The verification is fast, so is payment system and trades themselves. But if you want to learn and receive exhaustive market reports, it's not quite there. It is purely about trading. Fixed spread account type was my choice

I am keeping a live fixed spread account with fxgiants and never thought of changing it. Also not very excited about possible change of the broker, only if execution quality drops. It is fundamental to me. No other stories are. And of course a decent withdrawal time which I have with fxgiants too. As for instruments, having more than 250 tools provides you with some choice.

I reached out to support on 02 Feb 25, and they responded the next day… via email, probably through chat they would be faster, idk. What matters the most, I get a full and comprehensive response, addressing each point I have asked. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little room for improvement in terms of response speed
