Poor quality lens.
I order prescription glasses with my current prescription that I completed my another glasses (and it no problem), but the problem occurred from their poor quality process and materials.
They claim that they have 100% guaranty on all products. But when problems happen, they just said not their fault and cannot give any refund.
Terrible company - one of the worst i've come across. One of the lenses of my glasses just split into 3 pieces while sitting on my sofa and for no reason. Reported it to trading standards on grounds of safety who are now investigating.
Ovbiously a serious lens manufacturing issue (what would have happened if it had gone in my eye).
Company (some one supposedly called Nancy but with an accent) just didn't want to know when I complained they just hung up the phone on me!
Con website - I ordered and payed - and NOTHING. No response to calls/emails nothingm Am reporting to police.
An absolute waste of time and most likely a con website! I ordered some prescription sunglasses that i was told would be with me in 3-5 working days, After many phone calls and e-mails and 3 months of waiting I have still not recieved my sun glasses or my money back although i requested it on many occasions. I would suggest everyone stay well away from this website!
