I am normally an XL but I bought a 2XL dress so it would be roomier. Well the waist was way too tight. When I emailed about returning, I get this bull—- back and forth over the course of 4 emails and a weeks time about how they want to "negotiate" the refund with me. First offering $18 and no return (ha) I paid $61, then a little more and a little more each time, me telling them every time I wanted a full refund! Finally they offer me $38 or I could return it, I would pay shipping of course, but my dress would be up for "full inspection" by their dress cops who could find who knows what wrong with the NWT DRESS. So unfortunately I settled for the money, and a learned lesson. Always check reviews! I knew that but got in a hurry! Shame on me and shame on you if you buy from this company!
I had to return a dress and it was as Easy to order and return. They gave me a credit to order a new dress and I got that one really fast. Thank you!
Looks better on the pic than real life. The material is thin and or scratchy. I have to sew them to make them work for me

The dresses were very nice and as described. Very happy with the quality and fit.
It has been great so far! The only thing I would like is more options with natural fiber clothing. Over all I am very happy! The dresses I got are very beautiful and well made. The downside is that it took 15-30 days to get here. Also, the color of one of the dresses was just a little different in real time.
I would definitely buy again, just making sure it's at least 40 days before I want it.

Got a 10% off code checked out then I dident say order received had to do it all over again and then I was unable to use my 10% off code fine take my 10 bucks smh then Haven't received anything ordered almost a month ago I have a wedding in 4 days my order was allegedly lost but then the new one they sent out had a older than when it was "lost" and now I still have no update

Great customer service. Very accommodating. They rushed a new size to me and it arrived in a matter of a few days.
BEWARE, horrible return policy! I ordered multiple dresses because I was buying for multiple girls. Petallush wanted me to forgo the ability to return any of the dresses unless I ordered LESS. I was blown away I was being penalized for ordering MORE. They would not ship my order unless I agreed for it to be a "final sale". I had to cancel my order. What a joke!

I ordered a couple of dresses and the sizing was off. I emailed to return them back and they would not give me a full refund. I emailed back and forth for days and finally bit the bullet and accepted the partial refunded amount.

The dresses are not the dresses that the models on their website are wearing. They are a terribly cheap attempt to make dresses that look similar. It is a total sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The linen like material is so thin it is practically sheer. The colors are off. I ordered six dresses and am sick to my stomach how much money I spent on these dresses that my daughters and I can't even wear because they are such terrible quality. It took a month for the dresses to arrive. I am not just being picky. These dresses are a fake. They are not the dresses you think you are ordering from the cute dresses on their website. Don't fall for this scam as I did. Don't support this company.
