I felt some frustration because I didn't know where this company was shipping from and got a call from my bank thinking it was fraud. I've had bad experiences shopping from sites posted on Facebook in the past... and we had issues getting it shipped and delivered. I had to pay some extra postage, sign something online, in person, blah blah blah. It was quite a hassle. And now one of the dressed doesn't fit. Not sure yet how to do that.

I had notified as soon as I received items…too small. I had asked 2-3 times where to send back to. No response, so I sent it to return address on package…then heard back that I should not have sent there! They would not be responsible for a refund. Not acceptable. I will not purchase or refer anyone to them.

My dress came today. It is cute but there are permanent wrinkles from how it was packed to ship. I washed and dried it on delicate to see if the wrinkles would come out. They don't. I am very disappointed and will not shop there again.

Ptellush if we had not received it within 48 hours when I finally did. We got tracking information that worked prior to that tracking didn't work. And my items are still days away. Shipping services very poor on top of that. You pay for shipping.

Typically, I do not write negative reviews, but I only received half of my shipment and have been waiting a week for a response after filling out a "Contact Us" message on the website. One of the dresses I received was exactly what I wanted, but the other was the same size, (a small); and my husband was laughing because it was so huge, it looked like I was wearing an oversized bed sheet in it. I would rate the remaining two dresses, (and they look promisingly cute); but I can't because I haven't seen them. I hope other people have better experiences because these dresses DO look genuinely adorable online.

Be careful purchasing from Petallush. They state items can be returned within 30 days; however, this is not true. They do not want their merchandise back and tell you to keep it. That would be ok if they refunded what you paid, but they don't. After multiple emails, they only refunded $21. The dress cost $49. I won't purchase from them again.

I got a dress, a sweater, a shirt and a skirt. I loved everything except the shirt. Didn't like how it flared out at the bottom, but it wasn't ugly! It just didn't look right on me. But the sweater is so incredibly cozy! I wore it all the time for the remainder of our winter season.

Hard to know if the dress measurements are of the dress itself or of the person to buy it. It would be helpful if the reviewers stated their measurements, at least of bust, and the size they found acceptable.
I am 5 ft 8 in tall, 35.5 x 30x39.5 inches. A size Medium worked for me in this style.

Zero Starts if I could. When something ordered online doesn't fit, you should be able to return it!

Tried to return items that were too small but got the runaround each time. First was an offer to reinburse $17, then $24, then $36 and now $42 which is half of what I paid. Then they tell me they don't send return shipping labels; that I must accept one of their offers. After reading a similar review where they didn't even receive the final payout, I'm in disbelief that Petullush get away with this criminal activity. Buyer beware!
