I'm from the UK and I ordered several things on the same day which was in two order numbers. One came really quickly but the other failed to make an appearance! After communicating several times with the customer service department the final order was dispatched and received very quickly. So although I had a bit of hassle Phastek came through and now I'm happy!

Got the spoiler installed and really love it. Only bad part was the installation instructions left something to be desired. 3D Carbon provided pretty good written and photo instructions up to the point when it was time to actually fix the spoiler to the trunk lid. Then I was on my own and it was a bit testy getting the spoiler in the exact spot, as the 3M tape bonds instantly to the deck lid - I got lucky. Would have been nice to have some guidance for that.
I ordered two items. The first, the Roto fab cold air intake was perfect to my order and even came early. The second item I ordered, the rear deck vinyl overlay kit, not only arrived later than expected but also did not fit my vehicle. It was a little over half an inch short on each side. When trying to stretch the vinyl with a heat gun it teared the vinyl on one side and looked terrible on the other. Highly do not recommend that vinyl be sold.
These guys have all the good stuff if your into getting your car on point check them out i was impressed with the all the options they had for my zl1 camaro
I ordered multiple parts and they all arrived promptly and in great condition. There were some bolts from a Strut tower brace that were not included in the package and I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue immediately and had the bolts out to me in just a matter of days. Great customer service and great experience all around. I included a couple of the pics of the parts I installed.

I'm giving them a three because one of my mufflers came with a dent. However, I checked the other one and failed to check the second until it was time to install. I did not file a complaint as the dent doesn't show. The previous part came no problems.

Future customers, I am doing the L99 to LS3 conversion, Phastek stage 3 cam.and all needed hardware. I ordered parts and inspected them as they came in, the quality was great and shipping was in a timely manner, there was some parts that were delayed by a day or so, after calling sales and service they assured me parts would be here on monday and sure enough their they were. Car is in shop being installed as we speak. I hope this review helps others in their choices.
