Wish I had looked before ordering, definitely not true to size like they claim, and not at all like description! If you need to send back, even tho it's mailed from somewhere in US has to be sent back to China! Usually more than the purchase price!

I ordered Furry pajamas and a Furry jacket. The Furry pajamas came and they were way too small and covered in old scraps of yarn and string. The jacket never arrived. Have to see if my credit card company will get my money back.

I am OCD and like symmetry in everything. The back side of the bodysuit looked unfinished because the rose design was just cut off at the seam in the middle. I purchased a fabric marker and completed the rose design so it appeared to be a complete rose. See the before and after pictures. I did this in a few other places on the bodysuit but overall I was extremely happy with the bodysuit. I am only 5'2", I got a small. The crotch area was a little long and the torso a little too big. With some minor alterations it worked out perfectly. The material was not that opaque and you can see through it in the stretched areas but not a big to me as I was wearing something over it. Overall a great base for costume.

The website does not tell you how long it will take for you to receive your item, even if you pay about $23.00 for shipping. I contacted them to find out processing would still take about a week, even when paying a large shipping fee. I then asked that they cancel my order, to which they would be charging me a fee even though the item had not shipped yet and I had emailed them immediately for a delivery date. Due to their taking several days to respond to messages, the request was taking longer to cancel then a few minutes. After 10 days, I still had not received my refund. I had to reach out to them again to receive a refund. Luckily it was for the full amount, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Love these shoes, they're very cute and colorful, they fit my feet well, and very comfortable to walk on. Aslo, they go well with my daily outfits, make me look very energetic.

I was afraid to order from this website due to all the bad reviews, but I had a very awesome experience. Support answered my email immediately, my product was shipped out in 2 days, and I received it within a week (US). Sexy Triangle Bikini String Bathing Suits looked exactly like the picture, and it fit perfectly, plus it was much cheaper on this site in comparison to some of the other sites I looked at before ordering. If your spectacle I would just email support before hand, they were a tone of help.

Worse company ever I had a purchase experience with. They won't send the items in a promised time frame they claimed in their website, they don't cancel the order if you don't want the item and keep telling you to return after receiving, while you receive the unwanted delayed item they make you to pay for shipping and all the costs to return. Don't trust what you see on their website, false claims and it takes forever to receive a poor quality purchase.

I bought a white monokini from Pinkqueen Tiktok Livestream with a 20% discount. It's very worth it when I got it, the material is very soft and comfy, super stretchy. Hope can get more affordable items at Tiktok.

Pink Queen original swimsuits are perfect, especially the plus size tummy control design. I damn love it, it can hide my mom pouch. After giving birth, my body has still not recovered. But I feel confident in this bikini.

I noticed Pink Queen store for a long time and had added some floral dresses to my cart, thought I did have so many floral dresses all over my wardrobe. Till recently I cleared my cart, only one went into the checkout. When I got it, yes, it is indeed what I had been wanting, ditsy floral, spaghetti strap and slinky, the length is just right.

Pink Queen ships their products from China, taking more than two weeks. If you aren't in hurry, it is fine, and the product is indeed cheaper than local stores, and the quality is not bad and feels comfortable.

I left the wrong zip code when placed the order, and I didn't realize it until Pink Queen customer service emailed and reminded me. Otherwise, I couldn't get the dress in time before my party. The dress is great and so flattering on me.
And for all the bad reviews dress were perfect as the pics I was very scared after ordering than reading all these reviews and how people have open issues with this company.
