Purchased the Starwars survivor game and it glitched within 1 hour playing. Called PlayStation and they would do nothing. Told me to call developer even though I purchased it from PlayStation. 1 star for service and 1 star quality.

Terms of service

I was recently permanently banned. I wasn't the one in the party that got reported, nor was I speaking out of context. I applied for an appeal and got rejected. The terms of service are horrible and soft. They implement a ban system that stacks. You aren't band for your offense committed, you get banned based off the amount of times you have been banned before. I will be switching to Xbox because I can't deal with making a new account without my games because it's basically a scam. I payed for all of these and can no longer play them.

Controller Lag

Recently everytime I use a headset I get controller lag. I decided to buy a $100 PS headset BELIEVING that a headset from Sony PS would fit better with PS4 and I AM STILL FACING HUGE CONTROLLER LAG every time I use it.

They Robbed me!

Worse customer service EVERRRRRRR! I tried to get a refund so I could use my discount but the system did not work! I had to get it escalated just for them to wait until it's 14 day policy passes, so they can refuse the refund! Scammers! Chat was up to 500 in line waiting on agent. I called and it hung up on me and said try later. I finally spoke with them but my discount was expired! I took screenshots and everything but they can't do anything. They never know anything! Terrible company under Sony! I don't know how to report a complaint or anything! Where is the corporate expert team members that can override things? Nowhere! They robbed me! Still haven't refunded me even though it was under 14 days! They lie lie lie! Zero star it is for me!

Was charged 127 dollars for a premium PlayStation subscription that I never signed up for. When I went online to cancel and get a refund had to wait an hour to have the system shut down and not be able to talk to anyone. Extremely poor service

I've been trying to log into my PlayStation account and it says my password is wrong even though I know it's not. So I went to their website and it just kept taking me in circles. "Need help resetting your password? Click here" and when I click it- it takes me back to the SAME F*CKING PAGE. "Need help resetting your password? Click here" I've also been trying to call their customer service for THREE DAYS and they have not answered there's a wait time but the system does not tell you how long it is it just hangs up on you. Now apparently there's technical difficulties. I'm fed up. They need to fix their customer support system because this is ridiculous and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Poor customer service
August 4, 2023

My son's online account was compromised. You cannot speak to a live person. I finally got to speak with an online assistant. I was told I would get access to the account within 48 hours. That didn't happen. I had to go through online support again to see when I would get access to the online account. I am now being told it is an undetermined amount of time. I tried to type out another question and the online person ended the chat. Now I am back on hold waiting for another online chat person. A 5 minute conversation is turning into hours of my time.

Banned for no reason

I have been using PlayStation since high school and have never and will never messaged anyone that wasn't a close friend to simply ask if they want to play or not. Recently I was banned for 7 days for messaging "hate speech". I would never do this regardless I am banned because their system is horrible. Buy a Xbox people PSN is a bunch of woke idiots with nothing better to do but take your money. Oh ya that leads to me next point I was charged for my PSN membership the same day I was banned. They took my money then banned me and I can't even log in to end my membership.

Email showed someone from Vietnam hacked my account then they put 2nd stage security in place so I can't access my account and change the password! Can't make contact with anyone at PlayStation just get the usual robot to talk to. DONT BUY PLAYSTATION, DATA NOT SECURE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESNT EXIST! DONT BUY PLAYSTATION! PS5 game downloads

I purchased a game expansion called Trailmakers Deluxe Edition (Add-On). When I attempted to install, it gave me a CE-107 880-4 error and said to try again later. But trying again later didn't help. After 2 weeks, I googled and followed several suggestions such as restoring the licenses, clearing the cache in Safe Mode, uninstalling/reinstalling, and starting the download first from your PC. Multiple attempts and several hours of that led to nowhere. I started a chat with PS support. They offered the same suggestions and none worked. I asked for a refund and they responded that because it was purchased more than 14 days ago or because it has been downloaded or consumed within 14 days from purchase (it was not consumed since it never installed), they were unable to offer a refund. So they can keep my $25 but I will not give them any further money and warn everyone I know of their buggy code and feigned customer support.

I have numerous purchases on my account and playstation threatens to suspend or ban my account for "breaking code of conduct" im assuming it's probably some things I said to some old friends a while ago. It sad that old friends can ban your account because you no longer get along. The internet is an unrated place, yet playstation imposes a rating for children as an adult. The child safety bleeds into adult accounts so watch everything you say and send because it may bite you in the rear-end. The bot in support was no help and never understand my answers to their questions. I could never connect to an actual human agent, I was told less than ten minutes but yet sat for half an hour waiting for them, then the chat closed itself and I was unable to start another support chat, even with a bot. Playstation truly makes me sad, not for the American consumer. I honestly think im going to move onto pc or Xbox say the least. I wasn't going to get myself a ps5 but it was gifted to me. I refuse to buy Sony as it's just a terrible company

The other day I get a vague email from Playstation notifying me that my account is suspended for seven days due to breaking policy when it comes to harassment or vulgarity so out of curiosity, I go to court and then try to get an answer of what exactly did I do so after being on the phone for over 40 minutes the representative gives me no answers I proceed to ask for a manager and conveniently the phone gets hung up. I called the following day same thing on hold for 40 minutes representative can't help and has no answers because that department closed off and nobody can peek into that door I asked to speak to a manager, and yet again the call gets disconnected just got off the phone for the third time. Spoke to another manager but at least this time they didn't hang up on me and all they could tell me is a repetitive. There's nothing we can do to help you and there's no way to find out what exactly you did or said even though, if you spent five minutes on call of duty, half a PlayStation community would be banned yet I that never uses racial slurs or anything homophobic get banned for seven days because in the game of dead by daylight, somebody was upset because I caught him cheating. I've been a PlayStation customer since PS one. They used to be very good with their customer service answering the phones right away resolving issues or clarifying issues now it's we don't have an answer for you now go F*ck yourself and by the way, don't forget to keep on spending money on PlayStation. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on their products games and services and this is how they treat their clients their loyal ones I am seriously considering jumping ship to Xbox or another platform because Playstation is not living up to her type, especially customer service.
