Ive been doing this port forward thing for a LONG time and each time was a fail from youtube videos on how to. To random people telling me steps no matter what it failed each time now I found this port forward thing and well I got there how tos. And didn't work still so I was about to give up on port forwarding then I saw they would do It for me after giving up on this porting thing I ended up saying "eh why not ive did everything else" and im very happy I did at first the "port forward network utilities" didn't seem to work at all I did it and it said they were "not open" and I was thinking I was scamed BUT the support they gave me and never stop helping me until they got it working YES they got it working they walked me though step by step asking me questions and were and are very nice so far best support ive ever had they found out what was wrong with my porting and they got me though it and fixed it with me if I must say best support ever along with best porting they have a long list that's always being updated and best part of all they support so many routers I was shocked and if they don't support yours they will ask what router you have then ADD support for it theres step to step guides a system made for messages so you can talk to the tecks right off the back they say it would be fast reply no longer then 48hours but dam most only toke like 6 to 14mins if you need help or need ports open I would say get this its worth it trust me if I could I give it 10 out 10 but stars go to 5 so eh lol none the less best thing I ever got on my pc has to be this =)
I purchased PortForward's software by the recommendation of several people who were able to use the free portion of the software to forward a port in their router. My situation was somewhat more complex (I am double routered) and I wasn't able to automatically forward the port, so I purchased the full version and communicated with Tedie over their support page to manually configure my routers to forward a port. It took several messages back and forth, but Tedie figured out the issue and I was thrilled to see that I was finally connectable with an open port on my double routered setup!
A few months had then passed and one of my routers was reset, and Tedie was able to quickly resolve the issue and restore the configuration through the support page, and my port was once again forwarded. Can not be happier with this site, the router software, and Tedie's help!
In this day and age of customer service were we see more and more companies and employees lacking what it takes, it is truly great to see that there are still companies and employees who care about their clients.
Tedie of Portforward is an example of this, he took the time to set-up an appointment with me and research an issue I continue to have with my modem. This was after I already had been having issues with my other service provider. I change to a new service provider and subsequently a new modem, he research it and add it to the list of modems now supported by Port Forward. Even after this I still had some issues and he kindly volunteer his time to log in remotely and determine what the issue was and more importantly corrected it.
I highly recommend this service and more importantly the people that stand behind it providing World Class service.

In my case, my network structure is a bit complexed but they gave me great advice and finally I could make it. So I think it worth to buy full software for their good supports.

I have used the Port Forward utility for a few years and it always helped solve my issues. The guides and explanations are very well written and easy to understand, even for a non techie like me! However I encountered a problem recently when I purchased a new Asus router. I tried using the Port Forward utility to solve my problem with this new router, but mine was not listed as supported. I contacted technical support, fully expecting to get a very technical response to my query? I was pleasantly suprised to get the opposite. After a few exchanges of information, which I was gently guided through, my router was added to the list of supported ones and I was back in business. It was Tedie who helped me and I can't thank him enough for his help and guidance as well as his patience with my lack of knowledge. He has restored my faith in technical support generally. Superb job Tedie.
I read some of the negative reviews for portforward and these people must have their own issues to cope with (lack of patience).
My Router was not on the list so the first thing that Tedie did was to find it and set it up in there system.
Then painstakingly over a week went through all my issues and helped to sort me out.
I am playing The Crew and its got massive connection problems inherent in their servers.
Tedie was always polite and kept trying to help regardless of how many dumb mistakes or silly questions I asked.
The money spent was worth it, if you are have a port forwarding issue do not hesitate, just by it and sort it out with these guys. 10 STARS
I will be honest. At first I had a hard time because of the chat system can take some time to get each response. When the software wasn't working. Teddie was quick to make sure he got the software working. I admit I was a bit angry, but Teddie got to the bottom of the issue which took some work. Everything is working as should be.'

IT took quite a long time, but today Tedie finally found a solution for my rare and complicated modem. I really very much appreciate his tenacity and patience. It took several weeks (and I was on holiday for a couple of them) and a few attempts but I have nothing but praise for Portforward's help. Everyone has been really pleasant too - which is not a given at all in a lot of online and download circles. Thanks again. Two thumbs up!
I bought their program to help with Port Forwarding and it solved my problem with the first use. I've had a great experience with them and would absolutely use them in the future.

Was having huge problems with getting my router to work and forwarding, so i contacted customer service and they have been working with me for a while and i't still wasn't working. They said they need to view my computer via a program and was worried about it but turned out to be really trustworthy and just did the job they are supposed to do. 100% trustworthy program and customer serve.
I have been using this software for the past few years and honestly its one of the most easiest and simplest software to use when it comes to Port Forwarding! Of course for those that wish to add the ports manually you can, but I still STRONGLY recommend in purchasing the full version of this fabulous software or use it as a 14 day trial. I wonder to why wasn't this type of software out many years ago, it would of made entering ports very easily. For those who wanna give a false review or say they are scamming, please use or understand the terms of how to use this software properly before jumping into conclusions. For me its seeing/using to believe it. If you also need help with it, then there are also many screen shots to help out a person, or if you want to get extra support from it then there is a smart talented staff waiting for you to take any help you need, as for me they have provided brilliant customer service also. I worked with Tedie in support and he was able to track down exactly why my ports were not forwarded. I feel like he really went the extra way to hold my hand. I don't know much about networks but I learned so much working with him.
Answer: Hey Beyond L., Generally speaking forwarding to multiple xbox ones using a single external IP address is impossible because they both require the same port. You should be able to forward to an xbox and a playstation at the same time with no problem. However, getting a port forward through a satellite ISP is not usually possible. You may want to contact your ISP and ask if they support incoming connections. Most do not, but it's possible that yours does. Further complicating things, while Mikrotik router's are amazing, they are quite possibly the most difficult router to work with. I used to have one myself when I had a wireless ISP and it took me quite a bit of work to get it to do what I wanted. Mikrotik router's are much closer to "real routers" than your standard home office stuff like DLink and Netgear, and as such they have some pretty advanced options. We have never been able to add PFConfig support for Mikrotik, but we have managed to setup some forwards manually in them.
Answer: Start by running our Double Router Detector. If you have 2 routers then you are going to have to either forward both of them or turn on the DMZ in the one closest to the Net. After that you can try creating a fake port forward pointing at your PC. Use port 1000 TCP and point it at the IP address of your computer. Then use our Port Checker to see if port 1000 is open. This will test if your router has a firewall or if your ISP is blocking something.

Answer: Unfortunately because of the way Xbox live works it is generally not possible to get Open Nat on 2 Xboxes at the same time. Sometimes it can be done by forwarding 3074 to the first Xbox and 3075 to the second, but it does not always work. The only ways to have both Xboxes have Open Nat at the same time is: - purchase a second external IP address from your ISP (monthly fee) - put one of your Xboxes on a VPN, such as Private Internet Access (monthly fee) - forward 3074 to one Xbox, and 3075 to the second Xbox (free, not always effective) - forward 3074 to one Xbox, and put the second Xbox in the dmz of your router (free, slightly more effective, but still not guaranteed) So short answer is no, our product will most likely not work for you. It will help with the port forwarding, but it will not do the DMZ, and neither is likely to work.
Answer: If you mean that you are going to disable DHCP on the router's and have a single gateway, then yes. If you are going to have 3 gateways then you'll have to either: - double port forward (setup the forward in multiple routers in a row), or - DMZ the inner router inside the outer router In either case our software can help you, but it will be difficult to maintain. There are almost no good reasons to segment a home LAN, and there are many bad side effects.
