I ordered metal prints as a gift for a parent, allowing myself PLENTY of time to receive the order knowing the turnaround time listed on their site. After almost two weeks of hearing NOTHING, I reached out. My ticket was responded to with a very generic 'we're still working on your order' and promptly closed. When I asked more questions, the agent was clearly copying/pasting a very disengenuine 'sorry for this experience' without answering a single one of my questions. She couldn't tell me what happened with the order and refused to give me a timeline. I responded back asking for her supervisor and she promptly closed my ticket again. That happened TWICE. Me reaching out, them just closing the ticket. I got another rep who said 'there was a production glitch' and that my order would be worked on. At least I got some kind of answer. I gave it another week. I heard nothing. I again wrote back. He promised me he would put me on 1-2 day shipping due to the error. Great! At this point, the party for which the gift was just a few days away. And guess what? That's right. I still hadn't gotten an update. I emailed again. I got another very generic response 'great news - you're order's been processed!' Funny thing is I placed the order on 3/25 and at this point were in the back half April. The email said one thing, but when I did the order status check, it still said order received (not even in production let alone shipped). The next morning I did the order status check again and it said the order was processed on 3/26. Complete bollocks. I later got an email that said the order was shipped. According to what they promised it should have been in my hands (worst case scenario) 3 days later. Yeah that didn't happen. The shipping was never upgraded as promised. You would think with all these problems, they would have refunded the order. Nope. Finally, Mekail Stephen offered a $10 site credit (as if I would want to place another order with this dreadful company). UNBELIEVABLE! I still had a little fight left in me and he finally agreed to offer HALF of my shipping cost back to my credit card. How very freaking generous. They must be awfully close to a shut down because I can't see how they are in business. This has been one of the worst customer service groups I've ever dealt with.
Shortly after my wife's mothers 90th birthday celebration o\the professional photographer sent a digital folder to us. I choose Printerpix to prints a rush order that would be a collection of the family and placed three orders over $300 with the expectation the prints would closely match my uploads and their preview picture. That was far from what I received. All of the prints lacked color and vibrancy. I attempted to get a refund and even mailed the prints back in the original package.UPS contacted me and said the package was returned because the address was vacant. They responded that my dark uploads was the cause of the dark prints. No refund!
40 days from ordering with RUSH fee paid, still no idea where my order is. Customer service is abysmal. I cannot get resolution in any form, email, chat, phone, or the so called customer service agent Joey that replies on Trustpilot. At least 15/40 calendars I did receive were defective. (Still waiting on the final 10 ordered). I am unable to fulfill orders placed for a small animal rescue fundraiser or even give people an estimate of when they might get their orders. This has greatly impacted our fundraising during the only time we have to sell calendars, as now it is January and the window of opportunity is gone. We are now 35 calendars less sold than past years because I do not have them in hand. Plus more that are ordered that I cannot fill. That was a lot of money that would have helped with our extensive vet bills. I have personally put so much time and effort into trying to communicate with this company, at the expense of my own sleep and health, and time spent with my family at the holidays because I am trying to deal with Printerpix. HOURS spent waiting on the phone, on chat, composing emails...
I am furious with this company, their lack of regard for customers, the poor quality of product, no restitution or offer to reprint the defective calendars despite being reassured by a chat agent over a month ago that it is 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Time to involve the BBB and see if I can get any help that way. I'm not confident, as Printerpix has 140 complaints and counting...
Do not buy from this company. Zero customer service. I paid a lot for a premium quality photobook, not only was it not premium quality, the first 30 pages of my book were someone else's photos! Have tried contacting them but no reply. I posted a review on another site, which they have posted on, yet still no correspondence regarding my actual order. My advice, steer well clear!
After weeks of back and forth trying to figure out where my order was, they said my order was delayed due to a quality issue. However, someone who follows my farm page (from another state) reached out saying she has my photos. The company still refused to give me a refund.
Printerpix always has done a superb job for me: photo books, mouse pads, picture books, canvas pics, cards!

This was the worse experience i have ever encountered. I ordered the metal print on 10/14/24, it said it would be ready on 10/25/24. I received it on 11/15/24.3 weeks later with no correspondence in the interim. It was an anniversary gift that did not arrive on time. I paid extra for HD. The print is ok. Not as clear as it should be. I will never order from here again.
The pictures were not blurry. It was a little more thin than I expected but turned out amazing!
It took too long. Since the cost was high, it would be nice to have purchased puzzles were in small gift boxes.
I purchased a Groupon for this order, It arrived quickly and correctly.
Everything was great except the shipping tracking. It said they were working on my order the entire time until a day or two until it actually arrived. I paid for rush shipping and it arrived a day after expected (which is fine) but for it to still say they were working on it that far into the process stressed me out.
The entire process was effortless and enjoyable. The quality of the canvas was amazing and shipping only took a couple of weeks. I've already ordered another! Thank you!
Ended up being way more expensive with $12 minimum cost shipping. However, excellent customer service when there was an issue with my calendar they did a replacement order at no cost and shipped it back out right away.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
