I normally don't write reviews, but this one needs it... I ordered from a groupon code on July 6,2015. The website indicated that prints are normally DELIVERED in 15 days. It is August 11 and I still don't have my print. I went out of town during this time, so I called them last Friday. I was informed that "a few days ago, we were informed that the size you are looking for is on backorder." What? So days after I was supposed to get my order, it's on backorder, and no communication was delivered to me? The CS member said she would have her manager email me a $25 voucher for the inconvenience. Again, that was Friday and now it's Tuesday and I've seen nothing. Do NOT order from this company, Sorry, Groupon. I'm going to recommend you not do business with this company any further.

No customer service
July 28, 2015

I have the same complaint as everyone else on this site. Ordered 40 days ago. Was to ship in 12 business days. Site still shows order to be 25% complete. Can get no answer on 'customer service' phone number. Have sent 3 emails and gotten no response. So disappointing.

Don't bother ordering from PrinterPix. It has been 6 weeks since I placed a order from a Groupon and no communication from printerpix regarding status of the order. Daily emails are not answered. Phone calls are not answered (I gave up many times after being on hold for 15+ minutes).
There are many other similar companies you can do business with that will respect your business and not rip you off.

I ordered a photo book as a retirement gift for my boss on 5/8. I paid $26 for fast shipping so that I would have the book in time for the retirement party, which was 3 weeks later. Fast shipping was guaranteed for 7-10 days so I thought I was safe. On the 10th day, I called printerpix and they informed me that the book has not even been published because they are having trouble with the production of the book cover. I explained to customer service that a phone call would have been nice to inform me that I would not be guaranteed the book in time for the retirement party. In fact, the customer service representative could not tell me when I would get the book. Do not do business with this company!

Not satisfied
May 7, 2015

Purchased a groupon for printerpix. Tried to use it and got an error. Charged me full price. I have called company several times, every time saying they will issue a refund. After six months I still have not received a refund.

I ordered a few times from printerpix. The first few went well and everything was fine with the end product. I was working on my portfolio often and they say you have 30 days when they keep your project. If you don't use it for 30 days it will be deleted. My project, however was deleted about 3 days after i last used it and all my work was lost! I called them and this really rude man told me it was all my fault before he even asked a question! I said I want to speak to the manager, he told me he is a manager. I said I want too speak to IT, he told me he is IT. Clearly he is an idiot just being there to blame the client for whatever happened! And they pay him for that too! Well done!

I then wrote a letter threatening a court case but none of them was bothered to respond. I started emailing them and was told it was deleted after 30 days of inactivity although I provided the date when I last worked on it and when it was gone. It was not 30 days. All answers were basically saying it was my fault although I know it was them who deleted it. They never produced any evidence to show how it was deleted. Clearly there is something to hide!

If they promise that your work will be kept for 30 days then it becomes a term of the contract. If there are more people suffering from their negligence and would like to bring a group legal action against this company, I will be happy to lead it. They are liars, rude and unprofessional, who should not be in any business at all.

Sent this to printerpix and haven't received a reply in a month:

Received a black mug in a box with no indication who it was from, nor instructions that said to run hot liquid into the cup and pictures would magically appear.

Only clue was your printerpix in tiny print on the shipping label outside the box.

Went to their website and when I saw pictures, I wondered why I had received a solid covered mug, and thought one of our children had made a big mistake sending us a plain mug, when he wanted to send us one with pictures of the grandchildren.

So I asked our daughter-in-law who confirmed our son had sent us a mug from our four year old twin grandchildren, but had no idea why we received a plain mug instead and would ask him.

Then he explained about the mug and to add hot coffee, tea, etc. It worked.

Isn't it a bit strange that printerpix wouldn't include something that said who sent it and how to see the pictures?

My order was placed on 12/2/2014 with the "guarantee" I would receive the item by Christmas. After sending an email on 12/20, I was finally informed on 12/22 that due to circumstances beyond their control I would not be receiving my order on time. I did receive it, finally, 1/7/2015. I cannot find the words to describe how disappointed I was! The puzzle was shipped in a padded manila envelope between two pieces of cardboard... bent and torn. One of the pieces doesn't even belong as part of the picture (though it was cut to fit!) The groupon price of $25 was too much. I can't imagine having paid their listed price of $94.99! If this is how Printerpix does business through the rest of the year I don't know how they stay in business. (PS... they sent me a 75% off coupon for my future orders! FYI... there won't be any!)

Highly recommend you do not do business here. I ordered a product and was promised it would deliver before Xmas. I ordered before their holiday cut-off date and even spoke with an online PrinterPix rep to confirm they would be able to deliver. My puzzle still has not been made according to their online tracking tool. (12/29/14) Please review the Printerpix.com reputation on review sites including Yelp. You will not be able to find many positive comments. If you truly are disappointed contact Groupon, AmazonLocal, Living Social and request these 50% off sites stop partnering with this organization. Their business ethics, quality of product and lack of delivery of promise should not be taken lightly. I am sure my comments on Facebook will not stand long; however here are the phone numbers for the three online organizations/they will also allow you to cancel and receive your money back with legitimate complaints:
LIVING SOCIAL CUSTOMER CARE Toll Free: 1 *******191
GROUPON CUSTOMER SERVICE: *******858 AMAZON LOCAL: Phone: *******975 Email: *******@amazon.com

PrinterPix hides 99% of their customer comments on their Facebook page so highly unlikely you will be able to get a real read of their social network feedback outside of sites like this. The customer service rep was highly unsupportive; however I believe they have so many unhappy customers to deal with that they are numb to the calls.

If I could give half a star I would! They do not ever answer the phone, three days I called and tried choosing both of the only two menu options available and I ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I have emailed twice about my order and got the same ticket number both times. Its been two weeks now I still haven't been able to contact anyone. Also they have no restrictions listed when buying special vouchers but they put restrictions on them once purchased. I would not recommend this site to anyone!

One of a set of metal prints was damaged, at least in part due to inadequate packing material. We emailed them as their website suggested - no response. Two weeks later, I called and a very unhelpful girl told me we HAD to take care of it by e-mail so they could see pictures of the damage. She refused to even look for the e-mail that we had already sent, complete with the needed pictures. We sent the e-mail again. And again and again, each about two weeks in between. Several more phone calls, with messages left due to no one answering the phone, even during their stated working hours. They have never returned any of our calls or e-mails, and it has now been two months since we contacted them about the problem. There are lots of companies that do metal prints -- do yourself a favor and don't use this one!

I created a beautiful album for my husbands birthday and wrote the word "Forever" on the cover. I went back a few days later to show off my work, and there was an obvious problem - the first "r" in forever was much smaller than the rest of the word. I immediately called, and was told the manager would call me back. Days later, with no returned call, I called again. The manager offered my 50% off a corrected book. Why should I have to pay again for a book I know was perfect in the first place? I checked it over very carefully before I submitted it, and it was very obvious the moment I looked at it later what the problem was.
