I have never had an easy experience with Printerpix but continue to use it since it offers Groupons to keep the cost down. This time, when I went onto the website to start making my lay flat book, there was no option for lay flat so I chose "photo book," assuming I could change it at checkout. Well, I couldn't. I called Printerpix, even speaking with a manager, to please change my option from "photo book" to lay flat." Nope, it couldn't be done. I was told to do the book over again! I had just spent weeks making this book and to be be told the only option was to do it over again brought me to tears. I had no choice so I did it over again. Printerpix should have the ability to change the product at checkout, if need be. Shouldn't an employee be able to click a different option at checkout? It seems so simple and much better than putting customers through hell.
I received my photo book within a reasonable time period. It was made to my satisfaction.
Appreciate the follow-up communications regarding late shipment/delivery of my photo book. It arrived a week past the expected delivery time frame.
