I orders a My step and repeat banner for a fundraising event for special promotion photos with my attednees. I ordered a 6 foot tall banner that is 8 foot wide to go on a pole stand. Art work looked fine and the demenisons were fine on the proof. When I recieved it today. It was 8 foot tall and 6 foot wide. Someoine in the print room printed it wrong and they said it was my fault and refused to reprint the banner even if I sent it back to correct thier mistake. They were not very friendly and in this day of digital stuffn you nwould think this was nt an error on my side for I did not do the printing. So I called my Visa Company and they are putting in a disput. After all this photo shoot is for ladies and not 7 foot basket ball players. Dont order anything fro them. They do not stand behind thier mistakes. They just robbed me for my money.

I ordered bookmarks from PrintRunner. I noticed that they were off-centered. I notified PrintRunner and they replied, asked me if I wanted my money back, a store credit, or the job redone. I chose to have them redo the job. They arrived shortly after my request and they were perfect. They stand by their product and services and were so easy to deal with to correct this issue.
I ordered 2 table cloths which I paid over $600 for just for them to arrive with my logo pixelated. When ordering, I sent a file of my logo and they immediately said I needed a higher resolution. I sent a second file, and they said nothing of the quality and sent a proof for me to review. Of course an online proof on a 13" laptop screen would not look pixelated, so I accepted the proof thinking that if there was an issue, they would let me know. Shortly after receiving my order, I reached out to the customer service team who told me I should have read the notes, aka fine print, and that they would only offer me $40 in store credit for my next purchase. Ha! Like anyone in their right mind would pay $600 for table cloths and be ok with less-than-perfect printing.
Moral of the story, their "300-point inspection" is just a phrase used to gain your trust, not a promise to deliver.
