I made an order, stickers and they delivered totally out of line when I opened a complaint with pictures and everything else they opened a "call" and claimed that they had sent me an email that I did not respond to. Lie! With that excuse they just stole my money. They are not. Reliable at all and the quality is horrible. Look at the picture what we bought versus and what they delivered. Totally poor quality and wrong. Simply a shame for this company
The flyers I received were really bad quality starting with the edges, colors, letters, the picture within the flyer looked distorted. I called requesting a refund, and they declined it. The representative was extremely rude, she said "you approved the work" I approved the measurements, not a blurry distorted flyer. I explained to her that another company was able to print quality flyers using the same template & she said "we don't compare our work" of course they won't because it's horrible quality. Do not use this company unless you want mediocre work. This is what I received, and they refused to give me a refund. I paid a lot of money for flyers that are trash now. I will put this all over social media because companies like this shouldn't be ripping people off.
My first call for help reached a man who seemed new and inexperienced. He didn't know how to help me and didn't suggest alternatives, but he tried. Somehow the call was lost and I called back. This time I reached a woman who was very helpful and gave me an alternative that worked out perfectly. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in a week, much shorter time than I was told or expected.
It as quick and easy to upload my business card and order it. It shows you what it will look like when it's finished too!

It took only a few minutes for me to figure out the directions to make book marks. I uploaded my pictures & chose fonts, colors. Very pleased with the results.

I used this company for 3 years. Ordered magnets that began to warp. Since I did not claim within 30 days they told me im out of luck. I filed a claim btw on the 32nd day. I ordered 1000 pcs how am I to inspect all these within 30days? We were using them on fridges in our lodge and after a few weeks they began to curl. What is really upsetting is an agent actually told me they would be replacing them. I waited and when I asked the status this is what I was told.
Use Vista print. They stand by their products. We received chipped mugs and credited them without arguing like Printrunner. Printerunner just kept asking why I waited past 30 days like a broken record to the point where I finally was like you win! And ill take my business else where.
Heads up, everyone. PrintRunner.com is not to be trusted. We wasted $500 on unusable stickers, and hope you won't make the same mistake...
After providing a lot of documentation, PrintRunner.com actually accepted responsibility (great start!) and issued us a store credit. When I asked for an actual refund to my credit card, the Customer Service Manager told me this was "against their policies". Kindly, I insisted there had to be a way (right?!), but they assured me they could not do this. The system would not allow it to happen.
I politely asked if I could talk to someone who makes the policies or controls the systems. I even offered to take a refund via check. The customer service manager, who I must say was very nice, told me that the CEO makes the policies and this person does not take customer calls - as a policy...
So that was the end of the road. I will go to my credit card company and see if it is possible to submit a chargeback request.

Don't use Printrunner for your printing needs! I used Printrunner for most of my printing jobs over the past 10 years and didn't have problems with their printing or treatment of me as a customer.
However, on September 27.2021 I ordered and paid for 22,500 6" x 9" postcards from Printrunner. They sent me a preview of the art which I approved because it looked fine. I had Printrunner ship the postcards to my mailing house, which then mailed out 20,750 of the cards on October 5 to my customers. The next day I received the extra postcards from the mailing house and was shocked to find that Printrunner had not printed on both the front and back a discount offer to my customers. (It's not the mailing house's responsibility to check for errors.)
My correspondence with Printrunner detailing my complaint and request for a refund for both printing and mailing costs was unsatisfactory. I received an email from their representative stating he could offer a refund for the printing but not the mailing: NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING.
Because I no longer trusted Printrunner, I had my mailing house reprint the postcards correctly and had them again mail them out to my customers. This additional mailing cost me an extra $7300,
Which Printrunner absolutely refused to repay or even negotiate with me.
Printrunner had no quality control to catch their printing errors—and never even offered me an apology
What ever you do, go with a different company. I ordered a small batch of labels which they got wrong 3 times. When I called about a refund they proposed a refund process that required me to do work. They insisted that I pack them up and send the labels back.
When they get your order wrong, the refund process takes up to 2 weeks for the money to be returned to your account.
Customer service people lie and are rude! I hope people see this before they order!
I ordered 2,000 matte stickers. They came to me with a very shiny finish. They told me that they would send me samples of other products to see if any of them would work. Those samples never came. They told me that I could send them about 30 stickers for review of the finish, but would only guarantee a fraction of a rebate. They get you caught up on so many phone calls and emails that you just get frustrated with them jerking your chain.

STAW AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They are cheap and do not deliver, and the first thing their customer service agent did after I called was blamed the customer rather than try to resolve the issue. They have not yet offered a full refund and I am needing to fight just to get $40 back for an order that was obviously not delivered. Do NOT use these guys. They are one of the worst printing experiences I've ever had.

I reached out to them and there was nobody to talk to... after almost two months of correspondence with no resolution a rude lady called ny husband by the name of * and said sorry we can't help you.

Absolutely horrible service and shoddy and inept production. My logo is pink on a white ground with a silver grey border. Very straightforward.
The 1st run was printed completely off registration and totally incorrect colors. How it ever left the factory looking as bad as it did is unbelievable. The second run was slightly better registration, still not perfect, and the colors were still incorrect in spite of having been given examples of the correct colors to follow. I asked them to print a pantone silver or grey border but instead they upcharged me for silver foil and then sent me a hideous garish allover metallic sticker that looked nothing like the examples they were given. Pink logo on metallic silver with a brown border.
Here is the actual instructions where it says "full color white ink" and to "follow the file settings". They did not. There was no white ink at all. I spent over an hour waiting for someone in customer service to pick up the phone and finally gave up. Next step is to contact the credit card and deny the charge

Answer: They will print your stickers, but the quality may be questionable and they will not make your concerns a priority! Watch out for fees!
