Although the succulents were what I ordered, the shipping packaging was not properly labeled as FRAGILE or THIS SIDE UP! Consequently, the package had been tossed around, the plants were somewhat displaced and the soil had spilled out into an inner container. Obviously miss handled in shipping but perhaps avoided if more care was taken in labeling the outer package.

I had flowers sent to a family member for her birthday and they did not arrive on the promised delivery date. The status of the delivery was never updated until I called customer service to find out what happened the following day. I appreciate the delivery was made the following day as it seems the order was never fulfilled, but it was still late.

I made two orders. I paid extra for next day delivery on the first order. After several complaints from me, the flowers were finally delivered 3 days late. I have not received the promised refund of the fee for expedited delivery, but I have received the points on my American Airlines account. // The second order was delivered on time, but I have not received any points on my American Airlines account.

Ordering from Pro Flowers was an easy experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the arrangement my recipient received. I ordered a deluxe arrangement and it didn't look like the deluxe. I'm sure that was the local florist issue. Overall, the experience was nice.

I bought the Autumn Harminy Center piece Deluxe for my sister's birthday. She lives overseas. It arrived on time. My sister sent me a photo. It was exactly as advertised online with 2 tall yellow candles. Beautiful. She was delighted with it and displayed it on her dining room tablle for everyone to see. It lasted well too. I've been using pro-Flowers for years and would highly recommend.

Maybe I missed the description but I selected a beautiful bouquet filled with succulent and greenery for our anniversary. Only to be presented with a bouquet of plastic. There were a few real flowers found and were identified by the dead wilting pedals. I should know by now to shop local since this is not the first time proflowers was a disappointment Ps I do not care about making it right, reimbursement, etc. This poor experience reminded me to not buy from this establishment. Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
