The OSM Microlight provides a truly limitless color palette combined with the flexibility of mode creation while harnessing the power of an accelerator. It's an experience no other chip on the market today can provide. I was one of the lucky few to have absolutely 0 issues with my chips, however, the guys at RaveReady.com have been willing and able to help out with any and all technical issues that arise ranging from quick and competent responses in the Facebook group (OSM Mode Swap) to troubleshooting issues over video chat with customers 1 on 1. I must say that I'm highly satisfied with my purchase of 10 chips with the programmer which also came with 20 free batteries and a pair of slim gloves. I would recommend this product to any technologically illiterate glovers as well as those who have coding experience because the community is growing and everyone knows how to at least copy and paste ;)
I never thought after 15 years of gloving, there would be a microlight like this. The modes are amazing, the battery life was short, but it has been addressed. Ramiro has work very hard with his team on making everyone happy. I am very happy with my product and since it is open source, you can do pretty much anything. You will never have to buy another chip at all.
Having backed the kickstarted the first day it launched, I haven't been dissatisfied with service or product. Ramiro and Raymond are great with personally respondig to customers with questions and also great with customer service in general. 10/10 forsuree. (P.S. Programming them is ez pz)
First of all, I asked a question in a Facebook group and a representative actually replied and perfectly handled my issue INSIDE OF FACEBOOK. Changed my order details and everything. So amazing.

I can't express how awesome rave ready customer service is, especially Raymond Stone. He has gone above and beyond the calling of customer service for all of us working out the bugs with our OSM's. I would reccomend rave ready to any and all of my friends. Thanks for everything
This is the WORST company ever. All the bad reviews are true. The customer service is NON EXISTANT. Try calling, you will get a message sayin to call back. They do not respond to emails, and they do not email you "every step of the way." I tried to cancel my order soon after ordering it because inbenownst to me, the item was out of stock. When I realized this, I tried to cancel via email as EVERY TIME I called no one answered. I finally got an email back from Alexia and she said it had already shipped, and they couldn't cancel it, but I could send it back for a refund. I have tried to email back. At this point, I feel that they should refund my money and just let me keep the "fluffies", even though i do not want them. I simply do not trust the company to refund my money. Every bad review is true. I suspect the good reviews are employees trying to legitimize their site. Don't be fooled.

I ordered some items for a costume party back in January. The items never arrived in time for the party. So I tried to cancel the order - No response. A month later I received a few items, which were of no use to me as the party had been and gone. I emailed them again asking for a refund for the rest of the items - No response. It is now June and I have just received an email saying the rest of my items have just been shipped, thought it was some sort of joke? I have just emailed them again but doubt I will hear back, so I decided to write a review instead. Feel like they deserve it. I would have preferred a refund instead of having my items shipped almost 6 months later. Don't bother ordering from this company. They are taking the piss.
I receive my 1st order in about 3 wks, but it was totally wrong. I sent it back. Then, there was an email going around that said, "I broke the computer." This was a total scam. I have written about 6 times, turned them into the BBB. They have been notified that this was done I just told them yesterday, that I was contacting a lawyer. My order was submitted at the end of March. I was even asked if I had the shipping number. Like someone else I wish you could give them a 0!
I placed an order over two weeks ago with RaveReady. I have tried to call during business hours and no one is ever there or I get the after-hours message. I have e-mailed, no response. Facebook, no response and my post was deleted from the page. I bought a gift card that was supposed to be for my friend's birthday and now it is very late and my money has gone down the drain. I will never use this site or recommend to anyone. Go to IHeartRaves or literally anywhere else for your party clothing and accessories.
Ordered my items, they charged my card, did not ship, and I never heard from them again despite numerous attempts to call to try and figure out what's going on (but of course they don't answer the phone anyway). Sent one email as their website says "only send an email once or it will further delay your order." SURE -- more like ALL of your customers are angry with you because you refuse to show any kind of professional competency whatsoever and you probably have your inbox BLOWING UP with complaints just like mine.
I returned a furry hood and furry wrist cuffs after realizing the quality sucks. I emailed them beforehand telling them detailed about why I was returning and how to go about it. They said "of course we will take it back! Just return it with a note saying you want a refund".

I emailed them saying I had done the return and waited. It's been about 5 months and I have checked every months credit card statement since December-April and NO RETURN has shown up. They refuse to answer my emails or facebook messages, and no one answers when you call their "contact number". This site has had so many complaints it's such a scam. I am taking them to court for withholding my money even after they got their stuff back.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. RaveReady decided to send me a gift certificate only useable in their store, for LESS than they owe! Even when they specifically told me IN WRITING that I would get the refund back into MY ACCOUNT. I replied that I do not accept and will be seeing them in court if I have to.
RaveReady must of hired someone to make fake account and post 5 star reviews. They are working HARD. The latest reviews are all 5 (some 4 stars because "don't want to make it obvious) from account with only 1 review. Hmmmmnnnn big coincidence. Especially when 120 people have rated the site 1 star. This site is a SCAM. Please don't order from them. I lost $75. They never shipped my items. Never answer emails or phone calls. Whenever I did get ahold of someone I asked for my money back. Apparently they sent a check. Never got the check. Tried to get ahold of them AGAIN. No answer. Please don't be like me. Save your money.
I placed my order on Feb 2nd hoping to get it for Valentines day. I still have not gotten it! Today is April 16th. I have called the 866 number at least once a day and never get through. I email 3-4 times a week and have gotten what seem to be automated responses (like five maybe) that say they are having a problem with their manufacturer and they apologize. This is the most RIDICULOUS experience I have EVER had shopping online. I fear I will never get my merchandise or even a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I'm doing my best to try to take them down, it makes me sick how they're taking advantage of all of us and screwing us over. Go to your bank, legal advisor, lawyer, anything. Call them out on social media. Call your credit card and submit a fraud claim. We have to work together to be noticed!
