I will never even go on their site again, no customer service ever available, the live chat is never on, i never got my item, i ended up ordering the same item from ebay, it only took a week, i have an email where these people finally emailed me and said they only had one of what i needed but would not sent it until they could get another one. But didnt know when that would be. So of course when i asked for a refund i have had no more replys. I just dont know what to do!

Pathetic waste of a WebSite. No customer service, do not answer emails, never answer phone. I know they get email cause I sent a message saying I wanted to place a very large order from alternate email address and l I got a reply in 10 minutes. Do they are all about selling stuff just not delivering it

They never replied to my original emails concerning my original order, which they charged my card for and never shipped. I had to report them as a fraudulent E-Commerce site and get Amex to give me my money back and block them. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Rave Ready you are a scam, and a hoax. You'll get caught one day. Hopefully these reviews will warn more people to shop elsewhere!

This company is pathetic when it comes to customer service. I ordered two items over a month ago. I get no response when emailing support and when I call, no one picks up and they tell me to email them. I will never order from this company again and I hope they go out of business. Apparently this is a common practice for them. I now have to go with another plan last minute. Thanks for nothing raveready.

I order online quite a bit but I have to say I've never had so much difficulty or stress before ordering from a place. I ordered from rave ready in November to have stuff for new years rave. They are awful at communication l. When I finally got a reply they told me that my stuff would be here before Christmas and most deffs before new years. Waiting waiting waiting I finally get my package today. After the days they said it would be here.
On top of that not all my stuff is there which makes it all the more frustrating. All I have to say is if anyone thinks of ordering from rave ready don't do it unless you want to fight to even get ab reply or email back from them. Awful customer service!

Horrible customer service that refuses to answer emails and actively encourages you not to bother, no shipping information whatsoever, flat out lies - they say the won't charge until they ship it yet they took the money out of my account and two weeks later have yet to ship it -, and a reputation of waiting months to send things out if they ever do. Wish I would have done more research. STAY AWAY

So far I am NOT satisfied with this website. I ordered many pieces in which I've already been charged for and it's been way longer than a month. I tried to reach out in multiple avenues, and you are told on the website to not do this as it will delay your order. I don't know about you but I don't know ANY company that puts its customers last. I will be calling fraud out on the website if I do not receive response soon. You will never get anyone on the customer service line either.

10/12/15 I have ordered a few more times from this site, and they have fulfilled orders. Luckily there have been no more slip ups. So I will up this from 1 star to 3 for now.

This is the first time I've ever purchased anything from raveready, and my experience was great. Alexia upgraded my shipping speed for free so my purchase would come in time for EDC NY. 5 star costumer service from her, and she respond extremely fast as well. I'll be using this site often and telling my friends all about it. Hands down the best site for festival gear and fantastic customer service. Going to be using this site until I stop raving!

Ive ordered from raveready on several occasions (order number ******* on 4/15/2014) and have yet to be disappointed! They email you every step of the way and I always receive my items within a week of me ordering them. Not to mention that they are always my go-to for anything i need for festivals and events and they have so many cute things! Im actually about to go order more stuff for this coming up electric daisy carnival! Love love love raveready!

It is affordable compared to other sites. But you have to contact them through the chat online. The phone is never available for help =[ A lot of the items are back ordered, so i recommend chatting with them to make sure your item is in stock.

I never ordered from this site until recently (mainly because of the reviews stating they never received their items nor received refunds), as I am sure this would discourage many people; however, I received my order fairly fast (ordered on 4/14/14, received that same week) and was very pleased with how they fit. I am about 5'2 and although the wraps looked rather long when I removed them from the bag, they fit perfect! I definitely will be a returning customer.

I can't lie I was extremely nervous because it was my first time ordering here but I did. Within 2 weeks I received all my items. One thing I did not like was that they sent everything separately which freaked me out knowing how crazy I am with my stuff. But happily I got everything I needed! I loved everything I got in my order (#: *******). They were really good about getting my stuff to me in a quick amount of time and their clothes are always true to size! I have nothing but good things to say about them and I recommend them to every one of my friends.

I recently placed an order through RaveReady and hopped onto their website a couple of hours after making my purchase to check on order status. It said that one item in my order was on back order, but that everything else had shipped. I needed the item for an event less than a week away, so I signed onto their LiveChat feature and Alexia was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to ensure I had something in time for the show. We followed up the next day on my slightly revised order and she confirmed that it had shipped out AND that they had upgraded me to priority shipping free of charge! Alexia is super helpful and I am extremely happy with the customer support I received from her. The only reason RR doesn't get a 5-star rating from me is that there is no way to tell if a certain size on their website is sold out. If they could figure out a way to fix this issue, I'd be RAVING about all that they do. =)

I ordered a pair of fluffies and wasn't sure if I was going to receive them in time for the show that I am attending in March but I went ahead and ordered them anyways. Then I noticed that there was a chat with someone now button, so I asked my question about shipping time and got a reply almost instantly. I was chatting with Alexia and she was so much helped. She was able to process my order right then and there to make sure I would get my fluffies in time. It is so refreshing to have such great customer service as well as to have to ability to directly talk to someone from raveready to get direct answers. Everytime I have purchased from here the service has been amazing as well as their products.
I recommend this sight to anyone looking for rave gear:)

I have used raveready 2 times. They are fast on getting me my clothes, but unfortunately I only received 1 leg wrap when I purchased them. I was extremely disappointed since I had a huge festival to go to the next day. Other than that they are awesome & I like them.

I emailed customer service and asked to have some lights and pants overnighted about 4 hours later I got an email and back and they asked me to place the order and email them the order number. Not only did they express me what I needed last minute, they didn't even charge me extra! Totally super plur of them. They've won me over for life.

I ordered a pair of fluffies about 8 months ago and I've still not received my product in which I paid 50 bucks for! I've contacted them several times and they keep saying they're working on it but why is it taking so long?! I'm extremely upset with this website and have decided that I will not be ordering from them ever again!
