First of all, when an item is out of stock, you say so on your website. You don't wait for people to order it, and then neglect to inform them that the item is currently on "back order". I ordered three items from this store, one of which was out of stock. When, after receiving no shipping notification or anything at all from the company, I logged on to check the 'status' of my order, I noticed on my "invoice" that the quantity for this item was 'zero'. So *I* emailed them and asked if there was a back order - Yes, there was. Okay. Thank you. The item is still listed on their website. After this, I wait a few weeks. I'm a patient person. My order doesn't come, doesn't come, doesn't come... Okay. So I look online at other reviews (should have done this right off the bat, before ordering...) - People saying it takes MONTHS to get your stuff?! So I email again, politely asking for a tracking number. No response. I wait. No response. Then I write a second email informing these people that - Hi, I run a high-volume, one-woman business of my own ONTOP of my regular 9-5 job. My orders? Out the day I receive payment, unless someone orders a custom piece. And then? I work on that custom piece diligently to get it out within 3-5 business days, depending on the piece (I make jewelry - complex jewelry. Enough said). There is NO WAY - No way possible - that my order would take 4 weeks to ship. It is now four weeks later, and I have received no answer. So I'm happily posting this review on every website I can find telling people NOT to order from this scummy website. Go to Etsy and order something original, unique, and lovingly made.
I WARN ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY:
I ordered fluffies that were NOT customized in May 8th 2012. I still didn't receive them as of July 1st and they are only three hours away from me!
When I confronted them, they took DAYS to help me, and argued with me, then said WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND IN7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
THREE WEEKS LATER & NO REFUND. When I emailed them, they never replied and so I got in contact w. Another man and he said he decided not to give me a refund.
BOTTOM LINE: They made me pay 50$ and sent me a $#*!ty 30$ pair. Making me wait almost 3 months. They don't care whose money it is, as long as it ends up in their pockets, what a waste of time
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM RAVE READY. I bought an outfit for EDC and the disclaimer at the bottom said that it could take about 5 days to process but they don't have any say over the international shipping. I ordered it about 3 weeks in advance and thought that would be plenty of time. So the weeks go by and I couldn't get a hold of them, their business hours are super $#*!ed and they never answer. So I just decide to go and buy another outfit somewhere else just incase it doesn't get there in time. An hour after I buy the new outfit, someone from rave ready calls me back and says that my order is ready to ship from los angeles the next day. I give her the address that I am staying at in Vegas so I could have it in time for EDC. It never came to Vegas. I emailed them and finally got a response and the guy was very rude, making it seem like it was clearly stated on their website about how long it would take. He also told me that my item had never been shipped and was still being processed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So the girl I talked to totally lied to me and said it would be shipped. I sent back an angry email and he said he was very sorry for the inconvenience and that he would add some extra items to my order. I just got the package today and not only did it not have the extra items he promised, the packaging was too small and my fluffies were falling out of the package. Worst company I have ever bought from hands down. DO NOT BUY FROM RAVE READY.
Everything the prior poster said. I have no issue ordering international products and waiting on shipping. I DO have a problem with a refund taking 4+ months after more than a phone call a month. We were told we woul be refunded, receive a confirmation email, the works, an somehow on our 5th attempt they said a manager overrid the prior "issues" and it would be "definitely" processed this time. We reported them to the better business bureau due to the fact that what they are doing is committing fraud. We were nothing but polite in calls and emails but that does not negate the fact that other customers deserve to know what they are gettif into! I won't even get into the fact that the items we received weren't even the right ones. This company needs to be shut down.
Terrible never will order from them again no customer service never emailed me about my order never sent everything they said they would had to waste three hrs to get them to mail me a check for something i bought with my credit card that i still won't be getting the full amount of back
I was kinda hesitant to buy from this site reading the reviews. I don't know what happened but apparently they now have a customer service phone line. I used it to call to see if the fluffies I wanted were in stock. The representative I talked to was super nice and now I'm ready for Monster Massiveeee! Plus i got these amazing stickers with my order! Awesome!
This company is a piece of crap, honestly. They have terrible customer service, could care less about how long their orders take, and sometimes just completely ignore any order you placed meaning that you won't get it AT ALL even after they charge your credit card. I placed my order in February. It is now almost July and I haven't received my order. They don't answer my e-mails and are ignoring me completely. When I told them I would be calling the credit card company to declare it fraud, their exact words were, "We will fight back". DO NOT waste your time with this company at all. They are a waste of money and a scam. I have never dealt with a company as bad as RaveReady before. AVOID.
My order was marked as shipped, then when I sent an email to them without even giving them an order number after waiting a week... They gave me an auto reply saying my order was on back order? Wait what? How could they know that, if I hadn't sent them my order or shipping information, from a third party email that wasn't the one I have registered to the account?
THIS SITE IS A SCAM, IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT!

I'm doing my best to try to take them down, it makes me sick how they're taking advantage of all of us and screwing us over. Go to your bank, legal advisor, lawyer, anything. Call them out on social media. Call your credit card and submit a fraud claim. We have to work together to be noticed!
