I think people need to be less liberal with their usage of the term "scam". Revice is by no means a scam. Their customer service communication is weak and their constantly pushing the ship date later and later is pretty pathetic, and definitely unprofessional. HOWEVER, the jeans are amazing. I am in my mid-40s and have purchased a lot of jeans in my life. You can feel the construction difference in these. The denim is heavy, soft, and has rich color. Lovely detailing and tailoring. They just hang so perfect l. The TLCs have a wow factor the moment you put them on. My daughter begged for these and I gave in, buying her 2 pair. They run long, so I would criticize their lack of length options (she got a 26 and they are way too long on her 5'5" frame. I would say they are about a 34" inseam). And when competing with mainstream stores that have easy exchanges, it can feel risky buying from here (and who wants to try to exchange for a different size when you may have to wait over a month to get it). I recommend the jeans for absolute sure, but not to anyone who hates a hassle or needs their jeans ASAP (hint: do NOT buy pre-order for a bday or Christmas gift because they may not come on time). You will get your jeans and they will be amazing (if you hopefully get the right size). This is not a scam.

I have never before experienced such maddening frustration returning an order for an exchange, and trying to get tracking information for the exchange; basically because it doesn't exist and I got scammed. And of course there is no way to speak to a customer rep. After 20 emails, no phone number to call, I've lost hope that I will receive an overpriced pair of camo pants for my daughter, or will I get a refund. You will get emails after emails with a reply that you will be contacted in 72 hrs. AND that it take 4-6 weeks for "production". This is just sad.

Do not order from Revice. You will never get your products and they will refuse to refund your money. Absolutely a scam! It's been 2 month's and still haven't received my purchase.

This store is a scam! Be aware! Do NOT purchase from this store. Products NEVER arrive. Requests for refunds or exchanges are ignored!

These $#*!s are the worst! They take 4+ months to send you a mediocre product. 0 customer service/support. No way to return or exchange. They just $#*! you in your face and steal your money

I would give this zero stars if I could. I specifically asked them not to ship a pair of jeans, but they did anyway. They only offer store credit and make you pay $25 for return shipping. The first pair I sent back took almost two months to get my store credit. It took months for the jeans to even ship in the first place, and customer service is unresponsive and slow to respond online. Save yourself the hassle and frustration—DO NOT buy from here!

They mislead consumers! You are not told that an item is on what they call "pre-order" and when you email them to inquire about the item, you are told the production time is months and that they will not issue a refund because you only have 2 hours to cancel the order. They give you some BS excuse that their items are designer made in Los Angeles… You are not warned that the shipping time will be months and they do not have a refund policy. I feel absolutely scammed! They will be receiving a letter from my attorney.

I ordered on 10/12. It is now 12/10, and I have not received my order. They keep pushing it back every time I message them. They say it's their policy that you cannot cancel your order. Total Scam!

Just like every other person that wrote a review, I placed and order and NEVER received the item. This company is a total scam and must be shut down!

SCAMMERS AND MONEY HUNGRY GRABBERS, DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! They are fraudulent they have not responded to my emails yet they keep uploading videos on TikTok. I've reported them for fraudulent activity and I'll be leaving negative reviews everywhere! It's been THREE weeks since I ordered my items and I haven't received any update, I couldn't find any reviews online before I ordered, but when I did it was too late. I've contacted my bank and I will be leaving negative reviews all over their content!

Don't order anything from here. I ordered pants going on 2 or 3 months ago and they still haven't shipped yet. Contacted these people and they said they were on back order and there was nothing they could do. I just want the order canceled and my money back. This is ridiculous.

I ordered these jeans September 23rd and today is December 13 and they just arrived. I forgot I had ordered them. They are a bit small I ordered size 27 which is equal to size 4. I am always a size 4 but it could be the cut of jeans. I am thinking about sending them back but 3 months is so long might just give them away. They didn't even create my label for shipping until Dec 5th. In the picture you can see the date I got the confirmation email Sep 23 and then when the shipping label was created. But 3 months is crazy. They ship from Los Angeles and I live in New Jersey. The most it should take is 2 weeks, that's giving them the benefit. With all that said, jeans do look exactly as advertised. But I will NOT order from them again

Ordered on Aug 2, still have not received ANY word about the product being sent over 3 MONTHS later and don't even hope to at this point. I have been hounding them over email and had to resort to Instagram DM to get any kind of response. Even then, they didn't even offer me a refund and only offered me site credit. SITE. CREDIT. After I'd been emailing them for MONTHS about my extreme frustration at their company, they offered me SITE CREDIT. Very very very disappointing and please save your $$$ by not ordering from them. Complete lack of accountability. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

It's been almost 2 months since I ordered a motorcycle jacket I never received the jacket they charged me $117. They refused to refund my money they won't send me the jacket I have been in contact with them constantly no resolution I just had to contact PayPal to get a refund or start an investigation. Still nothing is company is a scam. They told me their company is small however, they have massive marketing on Instagram, totally unreliable sketchy company

They won't refund you if you have a return. They only offer store credit and they won't give you the amount of store credit that you paid for your item. You also will have to pay all return shipping. This place is a scam.

I would give Revice Jeans zero stars if I could. I ordered my jeans 4 months ago and they never shipped. Once they shipped the package somehow was stolen. Bottomline, you'll lose your money and won't ever receive your purchase.

I ordered a pair of jeans from them on Monday the 19th of November 2018, I got an email from them on the Thursday the 22nd saying:

'We are writing to let you know that we are busily working on creating your custom pair of perfectly fitting, made in the USA Revice jeans.

Please know that because we create every order on demand it may take a little longer for you to receive your jeans. Rest assured that as soon as your jeans are ready we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Thank you for shopping with us and becoming a Revice babe.'

I have not heard anything since, my money was taken and I decided to contact them, the website states '***Please allow about 72 hours for our team to reply to your request***' and 4 days after I contacted them I still didn't hear anything from them, so I contacted them again and decided to do a little digging, not only have people waited 4 months for their items to arrive, a lot of people struggled to get a simple email back from them, emailing them multiple times only to be ignored. These jeans are not cheap, and I should have read beforehand (my mistake) but the website says:
'We only accept ONE return/per item/ per customer.'
Which I find strange, so if you want to order from them, best order just one item of clothing if you're unsure about the size. The website also says:
'**We do NOT offer returns or exchanges internationally.**'
So if you do NOT live in America, you're best to avoid the website all together otherwise you'll be down by at least £60 if the item doesn't fit.
The company also spams your inbox. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes multiple times a day so that is annoying as well
