My daughter is getting married this October in Italy, I have been struggling finding a Mother of the Bride Dress. I committed myself to Revolve as I have only had great experiences with my previous purchases and customer service.
I have ordered a number of dresses to try and hopefully to buy, having said that no luck so far but Revolve is helping the ordering and returning process extremely satisfying and easy.
I am very hopeful that the last dress I ordered from Revolve will be the 1 :)
From the scrolling to the customer service experience Revolve is top notch. They have people to assist if you call. That's huge for me. I feel 💯 confident buying from them. The best.

I chose a sample, that ended up being completely different than any of the options listed. I guess the eye cream i chose was out of stock but instead of any of the other amazing choices originally I got a cheap cheek color set. It felt like a bait and switch between a good product and something inferior. This has happened multiple times to me.

I kept some of the items and had to return some others because of the wrong fit or style. Return was easy for an experience was good.
I did not receive my purchase, although the carrier service said it was delivered and had a photo to show. The package was not delivered to my door but left in an unsecured area. I contacted Revolve and the representative, Jennifer went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I got a replacement delivered to my front door the next day. It was such a breath of fresh dealing with a customer service representative who embodies what "true service" means. She was very professional throughout our email interactions. I will definitely recommend others to shop with Revolve based on the type of service I received. Revolve also has great merchandise for all.
