The parts list is great except it shows a set of screws "x 4" which led me to believe one order had four. It in fact only had one. I will have to order three more.

I upgraded the armor in a pair of riding jeans I just bought. The armor was already CE level 2 but I was intrigued by the low profile and flexibility of Ghost Armor. I swapped out the knee armor and the difference in look and comfort is noticeable. RevZilla pricing was okay; delivery was quick and I was very happy with the purchase.

I had an earlier model of these years ago, loved them. Was sad to find it was discontinued.
Very excited to see it brought back, these dont loosen up like the older model, so you will need to pull them on or use a shoe horn, not just step in.
However, that means they fit the foot better for walking.

Reached out to Customer Service because FedEx was being awful. Took way longer to get my package. I reached out to Rev and they helped me without question! Did get the jacket and it's SUPER nice and high quality! I did get a size up what I thought my husband would wear. It was very snug so I'll be exchanging it for a size up. Definitely will be buying my own jacket though! Great Company! Have no doubt the exchange will go smooth.
I placed two orders-gifts for my grandson and due to a systemic error and oversight with my shipping address, the products were delivered to the wrong address. I was able to intercept one package and corrected the address however one package was delivered.
With the superb customer support from RevZilla, I was able to coordinate the return of the delivered package and RevZilla initiated a replacement order. They were fully supportive and went above and beyond assisting with a resolution that allowed me to receive the product in time for Christmas.
The level of support was a big deal. I had two other orders, not with RevZilla, with the same issue-they were extremely difficult and punitive and made it hugely difficult and time consuming to resolve even though I performed all the work insuring those deliveries were returned to merchant with documentation and tracking confirming.
RevZilla is the definition of customer support. They were knowledgeable and empowered and I was actually able to speak to them. A real live person!
I recognize this experience isn't product based but my grandson is specific about RevZilla products when he gives me his gift wishlist. I have to assume their products are a reflection of their integrity of customer support and service.
Purchased a pair of riding gloves for myself and a nice pair of leather gloves for my wife. Both of us agree they fit great, and look great. Can't wait to get them broke in and comfy after a few good rides

Shopping for an e-gift card is simple. I like that it can be sent to me in an email (no-charge) and then I can print the email and send it to the recipient for Christmas.
Ordered new Michelins along with brake pads and spark plugs for the Goldwing and Revzilla didn't disappoint. Had the tires in just two days and except for just one spark plug all the rest arrived only one day later. All the items were exactly as described and will be installed as soon as i find time. I've always had good experiences with Revzilla on past purchases and will use them again when needed. Highly recommend
