I placed two orders-gifts for my grandson and due to a systemic error and oversight with my shipping address, the products were delivered to the wrong address. I was able to intercept one package and corrected the address however one package was delivered.
With the superb customer support from RevZilla, I was able to coordinate the return of the delivered package and RevZilla initiated a replacement order. They were fully supportive and went above and beyond assisting with a resolution that allowed me to receive the product in time for Christmas.
The level of support was a big deal. I had two other orders, not with RevZilla, with the same issue-they were extremely difficult and punitive and made it hugely difficult and time consuming to resolve even though I performed all the work insuring those deliveries were returned to merchant with documentation and tracking confirming.
RevZilla is the definition of customer support. They were knowledgeable and empowered and I was actually able to speak to them. A real live person!
I recognize this experience isn't product based but my grandson is specific about RevZilla products when he gives me his gift wishlist. I have to assume their products are a reflection of their integrity of customer support and service.
Purchased a pair of riding gloves for myself and a nice pair of leather gloves for my wife. Both of us agree they fit great, and look great. Can't wait to get them broke in and comfy after a few good rides

Ordered new Michelins along with brake pads and spark plugs for the Goldwing and Revzilla didn't disappoint. Had the tires in just two days and except for just one spark plug all the rest arrived only one day later. All the items were exactly as described and will be installed as soon as i find time. I've always had good experiences with Revzilla on past purchases and will use them again when needed. Highly recommend

Great website, always responsive and you can return items to Cycle Gear or Fedex back with no issues. I wish they would suggest items that partner with each other like helmet and bluetooth compatible devices that fit it.
Twice in a row they delivered incorrect products. When confronted they gave me a discount but the 2 day shipping is now 10 day slow delivery.
Do not call or ask for chat help, both times I got wrong product information.
I had made a purchase for FOX shocks which are great btw and that process generated quite a few RevZilla dollars. I made a second purchase with those reward dollars for some riding gloves. I unpacked the gloves when they arrived and tossed the packing stuff and labels. Now although these gloves were nice quality the fit was on the small side and I thought well that is good they will probably stretch and be ok. Soooo they kicked around while I would try them on occasionally but they did not stretch out and felt clumsy when i actually tried them riding. I thought this is no good but by now the labels and packaging was long gone but I felt cheated even though the return policy stated returns had to be unused with label, tags etc. After waiting even longer I called RevZilla and explained my sitch, RevZilla made an exception in my case and accepted the return as is and reinstated by RevZilla dollars with which I purchased Lucas Oil and was completely satisfied. This type of customer care is exceptional and very welcome. Thank You!

The back protector on my motorcycle jacket came damaged. I spoke with an employee who asked that a photograph be sent, which was done and clearly showed the back protector to be broken in half. I was then asked to send a picture of the box and the jacket by a different agent. Finally I was able to get a return label for the damaged item.
I shopped around for AM tach for my Triumph Bonneville. The Milwaukee Twins tach was perfect! It arrived fast, and despite my faith in it not being a high quality item, I was greatly surprised. Simple install and it works like a charm! Above expected quality for the orice!
I recently purchased a Pan America, and the tires that come with it are more street-oriented than dirt-oriented. We do a lot of 50-50 riding, so I needed to change the tires. I bought a new set of tires and some Barkbusters because the Pan America comes with this cheap plastic crap. My shopping was quick, and the Affirm process was really easy. 10 out of 10, I would shop with them again.
