Absolutely obsessed with this brand - the quality is top notch, the styles are all so timeless and gorgeous, and their customer service team and social media team are some of the friendliest and kindest people I've ever encountered. All these things have ensured that I'll be a lifelong customer and fan of Rihoas. My orders have always been correct and shipped quickly and carefully despite coming from a different country quite far away from mine. Can't say enough good things about this brand!

Had an issue, they easily solved it!
Ordered for the first time a few weeks ago, ordered a dress and a blouse. Came really fast and great quality, unfortunately the size was the wrong one.

I emailed RIHOAS and within a few hours Yuki responded and more than fixed the whole issue for me!

I'll be placing another order with the again soon!

Never ordered from Rihoas before but saw some amazingly cute clothes on a channel I watch. I saw many cute dresses browsing the site and couldn't believe it was even on sale! So much better than I hoped for taking a chance on a final sale. I chose two of them. Fits just perfect! I will be a returning customer!

It's flowy and comfortable. It fabric is thicker than I expected and in a good way. The delivery is smooth and I received the item in time.

The color of the sweater is brilliant. Fits well, I like how it flows. This is a nice addition to my wardrobe. Will order another color soon. I really love it.

The item is pretty decent, especially for its price. Looks better than the much more expensive cotton button down shirts that I own. I'm looking forward to styling many outfits with it!

I ordered three items from here, two dresses and one knit tops, all of which looks so great that I do not want to change size even though they are all a little small for me.

I tried to return the item. First they ask you to email them to get their "authorization". Then they ask for a tracking number to be emailed (you pay for the parcel), and they provide you with undeliverable address. Then they ask that you to email them to confirm the item was delivered, which they know already it won't happen. The item is sitting at the post office ready to be picked up, and they keep saying it was not delivered. So they know all this already. SCAM. DO NOT USE.

It's absolutely perfect for what I need it for. The cut is really pretty and unique and I received several compliments. Good Choice for winter.

All in all a good purchase for the money. It arrived on time. I love the finish and the quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Fabric moves and flows beautifully. This skirt is lovely. Colours are 99% accurate as in the picture. Feeling Blessed!
