One item was missing from my order. A quick email and the matter was rectified. The missing item was supplied to my satisfaction.

Amazing clothes at amazing prices. I was recommended RIHOAS by my friend who always looks fabulous. I complimented her outfit and she got it from RIHOAS. I've been buying all my clothes from them for about a year now, and I've had so many compliments on my outfits. The sizing is perfect as they give the measurements in cm and inches as well as UK and European sizes. Brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Take to long to email us back, product never arrived and they did offer a refund.
I did my first ( and last) purchase at 03/28/23 and the package was supposed to be delivered in 10-15 days, but never arrived. I tried track it but there's not update since 04/02/2023. So I emailed the company asking for a redound, but they took days to answer me back and when they did, they just gave me two options: have the same amount that I spent as credit for future purchase or they will try ship my product again. I really didn't like, I would rather a refund, because a new ship date means more wait for me. It's been 2 months already! Anyway, I choose they ship my product again and they never email back.

I wanted to like the items of my RIHOAS order but the sizes were too small. I'm a xs/s in US size, but their xs is more like an xxs/xxxs. Maybe I gained a little weight, but that's besides the point. Yuki assisted with the refund request and was great. Others responded to my emails as well, but Yuki was the quickest and most pleasant to deal with. You do need to pay for return shipping, email the tracking # once available, then email once it's been delivered which is simple enough. I had to send follow up because I didn't receive refund confirmation within the timeline another representative provided. Yuki responded again and immediately sent a confirmation for my full refund. Customer service is what counts for me, so I would order from RIHOAS again.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle. J'ai fait la requête pour le retour d'un item. Une dénommée Lily me répond qu'elle veut avoir les raisons détaillées du retour, après quoi elle me fournira la procédure pour retourner le produit. J'ai répondu à son courriel et 48 h plus tard, aucune nouvelle. En lisant les commentaires, je constate que plusieurs ont subi le même stratagène. Ils semblent vouloir rendre les retours compliqués question de décourager le client. C'était ma première expérience chez RIHOHAS...aucun respect pour le client...

Okay I bought a dress from here, it fits really well and looks nice, however the quality isn't the best, I would say quality is similar to SHEIN or worse. The fabric seems like thin plastic almost, but it's still not see through at all. I'm still gonna wear the dress it's beautiful and you can't really tell that the quality is bad from looking at the outside.

Good quality clothes for a great price. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I bought a beautiful skirt and while I was wearing it the second time the zipper broke. I was heartbroken since the skirt was so cute! Otherwise, highly recommended!

After seeing some bad reviews about the After Sale at Rihoas I was a bit concerned, but my experience was brilliant. People tend to review when the experience was bad, but very few do when it's good, meaning that the bad reviews are not always representative. For my experience, very fast delivery and great service!

RIHOAS is absolutely the worst experience I had with a company when expecting my refund for some clothes I returned more than a month ago. I asked them more than once for my refund and they told me TWICE that they processed it but I still have no money in my account. Also, I had the job to tell them about the shipping of my returns: when I went to the postal office, when the shipping reached their adress so they "can process the refund". It is a complete joke. They are replying every time but it is like I am talking to a robot. I bet they have premade texts for this issue and they don't bother typing the actual email because I see the same problem at the other one star reviews. So yea, be prepared for this nerve wracking experience if you think of returning some clothes.

I was refered to your site to first purchased plus size knit top and have since explored so many other things that are offered. I purchased much of dresses. Love your prompt service and your prices are fair. I order almost monthly!

There is something of interest for everyone on Rihoas. If you need something for someone who has everything, look here! Warning! You may find this site addictive - hours can pass while you are browsing. But the best bit, once you have filled your basket with items, (and you will), is that you will have 'discovered' very useful/pretty/innovative things you didn't know existed but now need. I mainly shop in the Household and Home Decor categories where I find lots of my craft supplies, but I regularly also stray into Clothing and Accessories. Another 'best bit' is the price. Just look - you won't believe it! That reminds me, it's high time I had another epic browse because there is always something new!

Delivered more quickly than expected. I used the customer reviews and product descriptions carefully to make sure I knew what to expect. The items I ordered were all comfortable and a good fit.

Love Rihoas stuff, but some items I love are a little pricey. So far good quality though.

I have never had any issues with Rihoas. The quality of the clothes is great and the best feature is their customer service and returns policy. Online store like Rihoas can have difficult return policies which make it hard for people to actually get something they like, but Rihoas's is great. I have nothing bad to say!

Rihoas always has what I need for any occasion. Whether it is for a wedding, work or simple outfits for every day wear. Amazing!

Overall, I had a good experience with Rihoas! Sizing took some deliberate effort, but I only had one thing that didn't fit correctly. Otherwise, the customer service was pretty helpful! Kind of a bummer that they don't help pay for returns after more than 14 days, but I can understand that too. Overall, good experience.
