I was in quick need of another Nikon SB800 flash and the only placed that I found a used one was through Robert's. They were as quick as Jimmy John's... I ordered it and had it two days later. The flash was just as describer in the listing. Thanks Robert's for getting me out of a possible bind.
I was a little skeptical about ordering from this company at first because I got 2 lenses for $56 bucks and no shipping fee. So it seemed to good to be true. But my lenses came in good protective packaging (which was great because the mail man dropped it on the floor.) Taking them out of the package and inspecting them, they were in brand new condition, clean and functional. I am very very pleased with my experience and will order from them for all my camera needs. Pentax 50mm f4 Super Takumar Macro M42 Lens 50/4 is very nice. The lens is as described, and the lens was packaged and shipped well protected.
After a seemingly fruitless search, I found the camera I was looking for on the Roberts/UPP website. The staff was friendly on the phone and on email. The box was well packed and the condition of the camera was better than expected! Bravo. Nice to k is they stand behind the sale for 180 days, too!
I ordered the Tamron 18-400mm lens for Nikon and received it within a couple days; during the Christmas holiday. It was a very quick and easy process and I will use Roberts Camera for future lens purchases. The lens itself is great so far; I did notice it is "tight" around the 50mm mark, but that might be normal. It's my first tele-zoom lens so I'm not sure.
Needed DSLR camera to see if it was right for me. It is the best thing I've done to learn before I upgrade to newer camera.
