Don't buy from this store! They illegally lower the value of your purchase on the declaration (invoice) the IRS will fine you (because this is illegal!) And the store does nothing to solve the problem, leaving the customer with the loss!

On May 21st I bought some products there and at the payment step, besides of PayPal option, the screen displayed my VISA credit card number (maybe from the browser cache).

I was surprised by the expiration date, that was wrong! I've just corrected and inserted my code (which was displayed in the screen!), the payment was denied and I felt something like a screen capture at this moment.

So I've noticed and used the Paypal option, which I should have chosen at first, and the payment went ok.

I wished with all my heart that it was just an error but one week later, my VISA credit card was cloned, and someone was using my credit card in Europe, on an asian store in Italy!
In pandemic times I had to cancel my credit card...

Contacted them by the site and no response. Sent them an email and no response.
Almost one month!

Be CAREFUL, thought this site was safe and it's a shame, they've lost a good client!

No cosmetic no money

I've made an order in the end of January, the package has come quickly to Germany, but i didn't get it, because local customs office did not allow it. The cosmetic is not certified by EU rules! Roseroseshope did not inform me about it. So the package was send back to Korea and l've just lost my money. I informed the roseroseshope about this case but did not get anything. Thank you!

Pretty satisfied

Order came in good condition and on time(2.5 weeks after payment).
The cons might be the shipping fee I guess? I could say the more you buy, the cheaper shipping fee you'd get.

Even if some person can find shipping long, I think it's perfectly fine :D I really love to bu from this website and I often recommend this to my friends. I even buy some product for my mom last time <3.

I have used this site twice with great results. Reliable shipping, authentic products, and a large variety of inventory. I received periodic emails notifying me of my shipment and customer service responded readily as well. My products came in sturdy boxes with ample bubble wrap. I often have to wait anywhere from 3-6 weeks for packages from Korea but both my shipments came in less than two weeks! This site often has sales and discounts that even the cheapest eBay prices (and unlike eBay, the products are almost always guaranteed to be authentic and from the retailer--no knockoffs). Unlike some other sites, this one does not provide free shipping with a minimum purchase, and shipping can get expensive for heavier items. Other than that, I'm very happy with my experience and will continue to purchase from them.

Not Bad

This site has so many beauty products that it will make your head spin. After looking through a few things I found what I wanted. It was listed as having free shipping but when I checked out, I was charged $2.68. So much for free shipping. After placing my order through paypal, paypal sent me a receipt but I got nothing from Roseroseshop about my order. I didnt get a tracking number or even a confirmation acknowledging the order was placed. This worried me but after about 2 weeks, my order came and it came with free samples. Note that products can take over a month to arrive. Shipping details are listed on their site.
