We received part of our order direct from the manufacterer within 2 days but did not receive the rest for two weeks and were left to wonder since there were no e-mails either to tell us what was going on. Otherwise when it did ship all was great. They sent e-mails with tracking info.

The customer service is great, you get freindly people who genuinely want to help. RVUPGRADES has definately got my business.

I would like a e-mail stating the progress of the order and tracking number when shipped. I can find the information by logging in to my account but I would think an e-mail would be easier.

Before opening the box the label stated "color in this box: BLACK" and I had ordered white. After opening the box it was in fact "WHITE". Very pleased with the price, fast shipment, and communications.

Would appreciate coupons.

The box was not in good condition when the product was received. It looked as if it had been opened.

Only waited 6 days and Fed X had the unit setting on my pourch, very fast Delivery time, no problems I will be giving futher review after I have installed this unit and used it for a couple of weeks.

The prices are compatible with other RV parts dealers, however the shipping charges are not clearly stated until the end of the checkout which can be misleading. However the telephone operator was very helpful and understood the lack of clarity on the web site.

I had trouble checking out even after signing on.

Unfortunately unit was defective at reception but replaced in a few days. Very satisfied in teh rapidity to correct the problem. New unit works very good.
