I did not want to continue with this sketchy company and reported them to Chase VISA and got my $28 dollars back.

Speeding ticket decided to take Defensive Driving Course, Signed up with safedrive.com to get dismissed, FIRST OFF THEY DID NOT INFORM ME MUST GET COURT APPROVAL FIRST,
Charges. $25 + $3 plus added charges after paying base. 1. $3 - TX required Admin Fee
1. $6 - Super fast read feature, did not work on entire course.
2. $50 - Email Certificate delivery for Texas (NOTE: TEXAS, [May or May NOT be accepted]
3. $6 - Rush processing DMV Notification. [Extra Charge just for them to do their job]
4. $25 - Obtain TX Driver Record 3-A (Required by Court) - -
5. $10 - Email Driver record delivery for Texas not certified. (not Certified) And i still have not received in time for Court.
[ OBTAINABLE AT COURT HOUSE FOR $14. AND ADD $10 Affidavit (Cost TOTAL =$24)] At court, Paid 144.00 to request DDS, Must pay regardless. Paid 24.00 for TX driving record
-- I got lucking, Judge was nice enough to accept the Certificate, even though, Did not get court approval prior to taking Course. If not accepted would have had to retaking the course and repay charges. I feel as if SafeDrive should have informed and even re-confirm that Student (you) have already confirm with court.

They only advertise the low cost of the class. They do not disclose that you have to pay MORE than the cost of the class to have your certificate emailed to you. That's ridiculous. It cost $000,000,000.00 to send an email! What a scam. There are lots of other options! Do NOT use this company!

It looked like a legit site. But:
* No one answers ever the Phone
* After 4 weeks still no certificate
* during hotline calls, you can experience a switch back in the loop
* no feedback on any email responses received

I called for assistance to open my certificates. I paid to have them expedited in a combo package. The representative gave me info to open the certificates and then asked for other info, I told her I was not interested in giving my info over phone, she began to get frustrated at my refusal and began to talk rudely to me. I took my documents to court and then was told I needed the other document. I called for assistance and the lady began yelling at me and cutting me off whenever I tried to answer her questions. I asked to talk to a supervisor, she put me on hold for 10 min. Returned saying the supervisor did not have time. She changed her tone but again refused to allow me to answer her questions. This is unacceptable for a customer representative. I told her I would send review of situation as this is not how you assist people.

Last year, 1/14/23, I used their website and paid $40 for what I thought was a real, 4 hour long traffic safety course, to help with a traffic ticket and get the points removed from my license. They were supposed to send a completed course certificate to the florida department of highway safety and motor vehicles. However, I just found out that a certificate was never sent. And because of this, my monthly vehicle insurance has gone up. This fake company has affected my finances for a year now. This website needs to be taken down.

We went for the $25 price, but after they hooked us, it was more close $100 by the time we got the lesson going. It's not that enjoyable, and I don't really trust them to follow through the paperwork without more fees.

They state "Lowest Price" at $25.00 then after you have checked in and paid your $25 plus a 4 dollar fee they tell you that you will receive your proof of completion for the courts in 2 to 3 weeks unless you want to pay an additional $39.95 to have it sent to your email within a few hours. Big scam artists!

At end of all 14 Chapters, you must re-enter. EVERY TIME it tells me I've given WRONG answer( but NOT!). After 8 chapters, I've wasted MORE THAN 1HR re-entering. Whole weekend, still not finished! Don't BUY!

I just finish their course on 01-09-24 and they now make the tests very difficult to pass. I failed the first test and had to pay for the second test. The questions are unreasonably hard on both tests. I have a partial test questions they asked.

I blame myself for not googling the reviews on this company. So glad that I just let the video play and really didn't pay any attention to it. The test was very easy and that was no problem. When I went to certified the certificate, it wouldn't go through, that's when I knew that this place was not legit then when I went online and saw the reviews I knew that I messed up my husband did the AARP defensive driving course and it was half of what I paid for this one. I will be getting my money back from my bank after it comes out of the pending state; they need to be stopped.

This driving school sent unsolicited mail to my address without my consent. What's worse is that they do not conceal the contents of the message, and in this case, another person living at my residence picked up the mail and read TRAFFIC CITATION INFORMATION in BIG BOLD FONT as well as the details of "Careless Driving." I will go out of my way to avoid this traffic school and I will use someone else.

They lie on their site and say that Allstate accepts their certificate. This is not true! I wasted 6 hours taking that course! I complained and did get a refund, but I wasted my time for nothing! That is FALSE ADVERTISING! Plus they signed me up for AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS without my permission! I opened a case through paypal to get my refund.

Why would they make sign up for subscription and you only need to use it one.what a scam. Please don't use this site

I don't want to have to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I will be forced to do so if my certificate of completion does not reach the New Jersey DMV by this week. It's already the end of APRIL! I am out of work now and Amazon will not approve my background check until the New Jersey DMV takes 2 points off of my license. The DMV is waiting to receive my certificate of completion for this driving course. I completed this course at the beginning of April 2023. It's taking too long to reach dmv nj. I can't work til dmv gets it & takes the points off of my driving record. I am out of work until my certifiable of completion reaches the NJ DMV. Please escalate my certificate of completion to the New Jersey DMV. Amazon will not approve my background check until the 2 points come off of my license. I keep repeating myself because this is an extremely urgent matter!

Do not use this website. It is a total scam from start to finish. It is not user friendly, the final exam asks obscure questions regarding statistics that has nothing to do with improving your driving. In addition if you do not pass the test the first go round you are required to pay an additional $24.95 for another test. Then at the end you have to pay an additional amount to receive your certificate via email, despite this being a completely online class. Then they tell you that it may take up to 30 days for your certificate to be mailed to you so that if you can't afford to wait that long you have to pay an additional amount of at least $29.95 to have it emailed to you, then another charge to receive a text when it is ready and so forth and so on. I am going to look at filing a complaint against the company deceitful practices by not stating the fees up front.

The test part is pretty straight forward, how ever upon attempting to process the certificate they attempt to have you purchase add on after add on. Would not recommend this company.

I got charged for this course before I ever clicked complete purchase or anything. When i saw they charged $30 to get an email of your certificate I chose to do Aceable instead. Got charged for the course, never got an email saying I got charged. Sent them an email about it and they didn't respond, called today and spoke to Lucette who was very rude. Interrupting me the whole call and practically yelling at me by the end of it.

Terrible. Do not try this, guys. Rip off. I don't mind it when they disclose it. They wanted $29 to EMAIL the certificate after I finished it. Not fair. I hate people like this. Greedy $#*!.
