On June of 2023 while shopping at Brandsmart I was promised a cash back rebate of $350 from Samsung if I bought 4 or more home appliances all by Samsung. So, I purchased ALL my appliances by Samsung including combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, surface stove, washer, and dryer.
It is now January 2024 and after filling out the rebate information twice with Samsung with model and serial numbers and after complaining to their customer service department 3 times over the phone, I received NOTHING. Talk about FALSE advertising!
I had an issue where the Center speaker on my q800c started to go bad, rang Samsung and they told me to book it in with a local authorised repair centre. Few days go by and I hear from them that the soundbar is ready for pickup and that the centre speaker was replaced. I get home to plug it in and the way it was reassembled was terrible the soundbar doesn't sit flush anymore it has a wobble. Long story short I rang Samsung to express frustration and they said to take it back to them. Who's got time to $#*! around dropping off picking up 1000's of times to fix a clearly terrible product at the expense of my time and fuel. If y'all want a good soundbar go with Sonos or JBL.
Anyone working for or selling Samsung products beware. Corporations want to sell garbage at a high price and hide behind employees in stores leaving the public no real means of even complaining. You will be $#*!ing sorry.
We bought a Samsung dishwasher in April 2023. After 8 months a piece from the front panel fell off and there are cracks on the side of the front panel. We got a service appointment on Dec 22nd. The technician came but he had an old part in a brand new box. They wanted to reschedule on Dec 28th but as we were out of town we agreed on Jan 8th. While waiting for the technician they called us and said they determined it was physical damage so it's not covered by warranty. It is quite amazing they couldn't determine that while on site but from memory 3 weeks after. We had a KitchenAid dishwasher for 9 years and we really regret choosing Samsung now.
I brought a new S23Ultra with $350 being offered as trade in for my old S21Ultra. This S21 was working fine, but was Deemed to be NGWO.
Samsung didn't contact me to discuss this and it took me months of chasing up to find out that it was Deemed NGWO, when I asked for my device back. They replied that it had been re-purposed and that they essentially have the right to steal my device and give me nothing in return.
Ice maker stopped working... sent out 2 techs, neither could fix... turns out Samsung stopped making the part... 1st they offered a $1040.11 refund and I accepted. Then reneged and offered only $850. When I pushed back, they REFUSED to honor the agreement we had, then REFUSED to honor the $850 offer.
Multiple agents cut me off multiple times and 1 told me another agent lied to me... complete incompetence and rude behavior.
I am very pleased with my new Samsung TV. I worked with Angel of the customer support team, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He patiently set up my TV to meet my paticular needs. Without his help, I was ready to return the TV to Walmart. The TV itself is excellent. I AM MOST IMryRESSED with the sound quality. I am hearing impaired and I can enjoy MOST dialogue without closed captioning, but EXTRA LARGE close captioning is avilable for me on screen if I want to use it. I have ONE and only ONE complaint: the TV remote is very difficult for me to use. I suppose it is intuitive, but I find it confusing. Maybe by using it over the next several weeks I will get more comfortable with it. I'm happy with my TV purchase. I am not tech savvy. I have no idea how to provide proof of purchase, but I am real and am a real owner of this new TV.
In trying to exchange a Ultra tablet for an S9 that has cellular as the Ultra was received as a Christmas present and unfortunately, was past your 30 day deadline, I waited on hold on the phone and via text for 2 days only for your customer service to reach out to me at 1am ET and because I didn't answer close my ticket at 2am ET. I then called the next day and was hung up on 3 times. I wanted a lesser value item that I could use and was willing to forgo the difference in cost - hence you make more money but your customer service reps did not help, hung up on me and failed to get me any assistance. I will go out of my way to NEVER purchase any product from you again and will be sharing my "awesome" customer service on your websites.
Got a new s23 ultra that had a bad board. Instead of doing whatever it takes to make me the customer happy. I had to send it back to them for repair. Parts are on back order so instead of sending me a replacement. So representative hung up on me and refused to let me speak to anyone else just told me they don't care about customers.
If you are looking for a washer and dryer, PLEASE read this review. Samsung has some of the best looking appliances on the market. Looks are definitely deceiving. Their appliances are trash. Cheaply made and don't last. Horrible washer and the dryer isn't much better. I've had the appliances for 2 years and need a major repair that is going to cost a few hundred. Maytag or any other brand here I come.
We got a gas stove in Sept. The oven is leaking gas (had all lines checked by plumber and it is in oven). You would think it would be a priority, but not with Samsung. I have been jerked around for 4 days now. They say I am expedited case, but 3 days later nothing! I have owned Samsung products forever. Never again. They would rather our house explode then deal with this.

I contacted Samsung about my defective Flip 4. They recommended I take it to an authorized repair center to repair. The repair center said they should not repair. Samsung should replace. Samsung is demanding I send the phone to Samsung for 5 -7 days to repair. I cannot be without my phone 5-7 days.
Extremely disappointed in Samsung. Can not recommend their product.

I have a S23 Ultra that stopped working after 6 months. After sending it in for service the warranty was voided to to damage to the motherboard. There was no damage on the exterior but they claim that internal components of the phone are not covered under the warranty. If they don't cover internal or external components what is the point of the warranty. Will never buy a Samsung product again due to them not standing behind the quality of their product. Will be switching to Apple for phones and Sony for TVs going forward.
