I already had a Samsung DVD player that has no on-off light which cause much inconvenience.
I bought the a Galaxy A32 5G phone from T-Mobile and it was never satisfactory mostly because the touch screen is hyper-active. I changed server to Consumer Cellular. Whenever I allow a Samsung update it invalidates the new connection and I have to reconnect to the network. I will never buy another Samsung product. The customer service rep was less help than the bot that answered the call and only established that I was out of warranty. I do not consider that to be the issue.
Bought my watch directly from Samsung. After 2 months it stopped working. I sent back and after 3 weeks i got my watch back. It still had the same problem. I wanted a replacement and tech support would mot send a replacement. They wanted me to send the watch back again for repair. I asked for a supervisor snd waited on hold for 45 mins. She finally picked up and we got disconnected. She did not bother to call me back. I called again and waiting gor a supervisor again. On hold for 45 mins so far. I am totally upset how I am being treated. Customer care is nonexistent with Samsung.
DO NOT believe Samsung they will NOT honor their own warranty. Had their product for less than 3 months and they will not do anything about it. Even though they promised either a repair or replacement. After dealing with them for over 4 months they refused to do anything about it. They only gave me empty promises. Trying to return a stupid phone and nobody gives a damn about it. Either transferring the call, ghosting you, disconnecting and most importantly all the agents are giving different answers, not generating the shipping label, make you drive back and forth to Samsung store to get the same answer WE CAN'T GENERATE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, RETURN THE PHONE IN STORE and the store says they don't do that. Have been waiting for the return label and no luck! Escalated the issue and been told to contact in 24 hours. This company is a total scam.

I would give it 0 stars but that was not an option. DO NOT buy from Samsung. They sent a defective washing machine and will not except responsibility for their broken product. After two uses it started making this horrible sound as if two pieces of metal were being banged together during the spin cycle and the water level would not fill to the correct amount of water to clean the clothes properly.
After numerous phone calls to Samsung and two going on three visits from a technician (weeks since the initial call) they are still not able to fix it. The most recent phone call I spoke with a Supervisor named Stacy who was rude & nasty. She refused to do anything to help except for to send another technician out to try and fix it. She refused to give me a refund or exchange. Their policy is they cannot replace or give you your money back unless it is deemed not fixable, meanwhile this is a brand new washing machine that they delivered to me like this. It has been over 13 weeks since I purchased it and am still without a washing machine. The headache and stress that this company has and is putting me through I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with. They don't care that you are without an appliance or the money that you spent. They do not stand behind their products and do not hold any accountability for the products that they sell. I will NEVER ever buy from them again and I seriously suggest that you do the same.

My family has a Samsung front loading dishwasher that was purchased in 2019. Last week, the spin cycle stopped working. My wife visited the Samsung website and was directed to Mr Appliance, a Samsung authorized repair service location. For a $120 charge, a technician diagnosed our issue being a broken control board. He tried to source the part but mentioned it was no longer being produced and we need to locate it from a third party (such as eBay). I was unable to find a part from any third party vendors. I contacted Samsung Parts and they confirmed the part is not available until December 3rd. After that, I was in contact for three days trying to work out a solution. My dryer was only 4 years old and now I am being restricted to repair it and forced to purchase another one. I tried to speak with Samsung so I may purchase the board directly from them to finish the repair and they said they do not allow shipping to direct customers, only their providers. When in fact, Mr Appliance could not get the part. During another call with Samsung, they offered to have me utilize another service provider of theirs in the area, Home Service Network. Home Service. Home Service Network were pressuring to make me accept a $120 charge for the trip to our home, $95 for labor. Samsung did agree to paying the price for the part. But neither Samsung or Home Service Network would agree to tell me when the control board would be available or even if they would order it. They wanted to do a second diagnostic and charge for it, after we had already done so and found the issue of the problem. Samsung refused to sell me a part for a new, broken machine and they tried to force me into paying for the same service twice. After these failures, I asked to receive a discount on a new washer because we have a newborn and need to wash clothes immediately. They created an order with a list price crossed out and a discounted price for me. This discounted price is the same price they offer on their website. This is false advertising in some degree. It was not an actual discount. II was denied a right to repair my new washer and was being coerced to pay for the same service twice without any signal of the problem being resolved.

We've had a samsung dishwasher, while wife complains it doesn't clean well (been working on not overloading) I noticed a rope rack was starting to rust. Kids are all grown up so, there's no reason for it.
I used samsungs technical support via text. Wonderful invention. It was "solved" pretty painless as compared to a phone call. They were going to send a new rack in two days. Figured it was done... nope... only the beginning!
Short version is I bought, installed, disposed of old dishwasher faster than the amount of time it would be required to get samsung to actually do what they said they would do on call one...
3 additionally text supports with same unfulfilled promise. 1 phone call with same promise.
Surprisingly after 6 weeks and a whole bunch of time (hours and hours) we received a new rack.
Given the service experience and the first xleaning complaint, I am now looking for a new dishwasher before there is another problem.
What a disappointment and huge waste of my life in getting Samsung to do what they should have done on call 1.
We ordered a Bespoke 6.0 Smart Slide in Rang with Propane hook up through my company website. The website clearly stated that hook up to propane would not be an issue. When delivered they told me that they were not certified to hook up propane and that some one would be calling to set up the range since it was propone. I called the Installation Team on Friday and was assured that someone would be calling within 24/48 hours. I have had mixed conversations with Samsung about the hook up of propane and now 5 days later no one has contacted be about hooking up my new range which is sitting in the middle of the living area. What does it take to get a correct answers and resolution? Currently I would not recommend Samsung to anyone! Horrible Experience. I have completed 4 surveys as of today and still no response.

"I want to be honest with you and I don't want to provide you false hopes. We do not have an exact date on when your order will be delivered as of this moment due to technical difficulties. Rest assured we are working on solving the delayed orders we are currently having."
Simply stay away - they give you slightly better pricing but are unable to fulfil orders.

I did have a lot of confidence and loyalty to Samsung. But, after purchasing 4 brand new smart tags and within 3 months one of them failed. Contacted Samsung, they refused to honor the warranty. I was promised by 3 different customer personnel to either repair, replace or refund me. They all gave false promises and would not do any of the above. At the very end and after 4 months, they returned my original tags.

I bought a refurbished phone and my return trade in got mixed up but Samsung eventually found it and noted it. Because they thought it was lost, they kept telling me that they were going to shut my phone off remotely (wanting $145 to avoid so) and I kept contacting customer service and telling them don't do that the phone has been found everything's fine. Of course they shut my phone off after many attempts to avoid this. Multiple calls multiple chats in fact I've lost count at this point.
The problem being now again (today they remotely locked it) and this is the fourth time they've shut my off with their remote Knox software in as many months. They've left me stranded without communications because I rely on this device solely. I've missed important calls regarding my health care and scheduling of such. Every time this has happened it's taking 24 to 48 hours to reactivate the device that I own and that I paid for. This is unacceptable from a multi-billion dollar Global corporation that can't get their back office in order. The liability alone leaving someone stranded when it's their error is the most unbelievable part.
Have ordered earbuds from a store in Toronto, and paid for it, but I haven't gotten it in almost 3 weeks now. Called the store to check to see if its arrived, but perhaps they forgot to call me. They said yes they had it, went all the way there waited about an hour each way and paid for public transportation (around 7+ CAD), they didn't have it in the colour I ordered and tried to convince me to take the other colour. I said no, when is the colour that I ordered coming, they just said they didn't know and had no approximation on the time it would take, he just said it might be months and shrugged then said oh well I could refund it for you with some attitude. But I don't want the refund, I just want the product I have ordered and paid for. Oh also called customer service to complain and at least get compensation in the form of store credits for the 7 CAD and they were very argumentative and refused to do so, also stating that there was no way I could escalate the issue past them and that they were the highest ranking person I could talk to in the customer service department. By far one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
