I have several televisions romu and Samsung. Samsung is by far the lowest quality television I have ever owned. Do yourseya favor and get a better brand. Samsung doesn't value YOU as a loyal customer! Purchased 2 Galaxy Z Fold 5"s with 2 cases, and 2 buds2 pro, and a 15w charger,($3400 worth) from samsung.com. The very next day I was looking at Shop Samsung app and the exact same order was cheaper by $798.07. I called Samsung customer service to get price match (both Samsung.com & Shop Samsung app are owned by Samsung) They refused stating there was no price difference. I sent 3 screen shots per their request and THEY verified price difference, but stated that they will not refund the $798.07. When shipment arrived, I refused it / return to sender. (I want my $3400 refunded, Samsung can keep their products) I, just like many other consumers are loyal, devoted Samsung customers (my refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, 3 tvs and 3 cellphones, 1 landline phone/ answering system & 4 tablets, ALL Samsung products, so now that Samsung WILL NOT refund/ price match their own.com/app platforms, I will No LONGER purchase ANY Samsung products EVER. I'm now switching all cellphones to Apple iPhone to start. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER, LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. Yes I understand I'm just one person, but I believe that LOYALTY & HONOR says a lot. I will not give my hard earned money to companies that DO NOT follow these values.

I've always been a firm Samsung purchaser... but I will never buy a Samsung product again. They wouldn't acknowledge a fault in my Galaxy Watch5 even when their store manager witnessed the fault as well as providing video evidence to them. After multiple times of sending it away to get 'fixed' and saying there was nothing wrong with it but still having the same issues, they agreed to replace it. However as they no longer had any other model in stock, I have one option, a Watch5 pro and in black. I agreed with them to send it to the store so I could see it before I accepted/signed for it but instead, they posted it to my home address so had no choice but to sign for it before the post office would give it to me. Upon opening it had no security seal, no straps and no protective film on the watch which also had fingerprints all over it... not to mention a Watch5 and a Watch5 Pro are very different in size and weight so would look ridiculous on my small wrist. But now they are saying because I signed for it, I have no open case and would have to send the 'replacement' back for it to be assessed as a new case with no guarantees they would provide a replacement...
I've been without a watch now for almost 2.5 months and am still having to fight my case. I have never experienced such poor product/customer service in my life.

Have a flip 3 and flip 4 phone as well as their fridge with the tablet in the door. All junk. Screen has been replaced multiple times because it cracks where it folds and the fridge Bluetooth speaker has never worked properly from brand new and started leaking water on the floor. Absolutely junk products do not buy.
Samsung refused to repair my dishwasher that was diagnosed with a "pc" error code (circuit board or wire harness defect) because the plastic rail that supports the front left foot has a small crack in it which I had nothing to do with. They blamed the retailer's delivery service. I spoke to a representative from customer service, a representative from repairs and finally a supervisor. The best they could do is compare their policy to other companies rather than explain why their company is different than any other. The dishwasher is 11 months old and is unusable, it cost over $700.00. Samsung is a $233 billion dollar company that gives no latitude to it's supervisors. The supervisor that I spoke with explained to me that as a supervisor he cannot change policy and can only explain what it is. He apologized for not giving me any options so I told him that he did give me options...the option to never do business with his horrible company again. Awful company, awful experience. If zero was a rating I would have picked that!
I have a very bad experince with samsung products. Once i contacted the customer service, first question was do you bought warranty of your TV, even before they ask about the problem i have.
After so many experiment by sending pictures for the damages screen.
The said i have to pay for the tech to come over to my house to look at the TV and i have to pay for the parts, which will cost me same amount of new tv. So the question is they did not even give another options to me just, your warranty expired and rest on me. So i will not buy any Samsung products and will not recommend any body to buy. Bought a phone on my company with the trade-in program. When the phone arrived they said that is non-functional even tough it was when we send it (we have video proof) and we wrap it pretty well in cushioning material. They gave us way less than the initial estimate so we declined the offer. So far so good.
The issue is that, after one and a half month of taking the rest of the money off the card we still didn't receive any bill for the difference (and we need it to for the countability to close the month...). We tried calling twice and contacting via e-mail without any success (only bs and promises).
Also the command is also not visible anywhere in the account (I can't find it in my account and I can't even find it if I search if by command number)
Please avoid this...

After a decade with Samsung and always buying the top line phones plus bought loads of phones for friends and family I finally decide to give up and move to different phones.
After the last update my phone Z fold 4 have restart itself several times and since the moment phone switched back on it couldent locate any WiFi network, cannot turn on bluetooth, cannot provide hotspot, draining battery much faster and slowed the phone 10 times and because of a tiny dent they didnt want to fix because of the warranty.
I believe that was Samsungs doing so they should cover the whole cost of the repair and they didnt.
Please avoid them at any cost!
Bought a Samsung Soundbar/speaker set up (hw-q750b/za 5.1.2ch soundbar with wireless dolby atmos...to be exact) as well as a Samsung TV.
Subwoofer blew essentially right at the 12 month mark, for seemingly no reason at all. After talking with customer service for well over an hour I was told since it was out of warranty (by a matter of weeks) all they could do was refer me to their parts distributor where I would have to purchase a new subwoofer.
Terrible quality, terrible business practices. Please do yourself a favor and go with a different brand.

My z phone fold 3 developed an issue with the inner screen and battery. Repair was approved, went to authorized service. They fixed it. Samsung wouldn't allow the ticket to be closed so they could be paid. Repeated calls for assistance. Somehow, "disconnected accidently" on 3 separate occasions. Now phone is getting worse. I asked for something in writing to ensure that this time, it would be repaired or given a new phone. Response? Hung up on again. I am going back to Apple products. This company is horrible.

Have caused an issue with my handset that didn't exist prior to delivery to repair centre.
I like millions of others have faced issues with the awful Z Fold 3 central screen that is not fit for purpose. Whilst conducting a warranty repair, they have caused an ongoing issue to the front screen that now doesn't work.
The phone has been backwards and forwards and now sits at the same (dis)repair centre apparently awaiting parts. They have now had it for 9 days!
I will circulate this complaint and previous matters via the relevant channels and advise other consumers to avoid SAMSUNG WARRANTY, THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT AND REPAIR CENTRE, LIKE THE PLAGUE.
