Ordered blackout shades in the same size as previous blinds (also purchased from Select Blinds). They let in nearly the same amount of light as said set of blinds. Contacted customer service multiples times and have been told each time that production stated there is no error. Each time I reached out to support, I wasted a good hour going back and forth with no resolution. Waste of money.
I've been buying select blinds products for 20 years and it's been consistently great products and timely delivery along with very reasonable pricing. Always my go-to for blinds.
I'm not sure, The delivery came and I installed the big blind in the picture window. That is replacing the same one that we purchased from you 3 or 4 years ago. This one seems cheep! I don't expect it to last long. The tension is loose and it makes noise when you pull it close and open it. Maybe you don't make them like you used to. I have not yet installed the small blind.
The blinds seem well constructed. Delivery was good and the blinds were well packed to reduce shipping damage. I installed them in a little over one hour (2 Blinds). They were cut exactly as planned and they work great.

The ordering process was easy and our shades arrived in a timely manner. The quality of these shades are great! It is our second time ordering them. We originally ordered for the upstairs windows only for privacy and then decided that they would enhance the downstairs windows as well and help keep out the UV light. I highly recommend the Levelor pleated shades!

I would not recommend ordering the blackout blinds from this company. Despite being advertised as "blackout," they do not provide true blackout functionality. Additionally, the company does not offer a genuine blackout option. Their blinds are designed with one side black and the other white, which they state is to comply with HOA requirements. However, not all customers are purchasing for residential use—some may need blinds for business settings.
When I reached out via chat for clarification, the response was dismissive. I was simply told that the details were in the specifications and provided a screenshot. My concern is that the website clearly displays black blinds, which is misleading. Based on this experience, we will not be placing any future orders with this company.

After exploring select blinds i decided to go to lowe's and home depot. That gave me insight on what they had available cost and even talking about the installation that made us understand how to go about this. But their pricing was double, select blinds was half the cost of those big retail stores. Really simple to navigate on select blinds site to order. And i really love my vertical shade 2inch pleated blinds for my bedroom slider. Great Deal! I definitely will use again

In the blinds order we just received, one of the clips on the end cap of the motorized blind is broken. It is still able to fit in the installed bracket, but it is not secure.
Can we get a replacement plastic end cap with the clip intact? We are fine unscrewing the old one and screwing the new one on.
I am also unable to pair some of my blinds to my app/account— they are not found after I scan the QR code, even though power is confirmed and I can assign them to (and control them with) a channel on my remote control.
When I opened my app, I was notified that my older set of blinds needed a firmware update. Two of those three blinds were updated without issue, but one blind was unable to complete the update. I removed the blind from my account and tried to add it to my account again, and it is no longer able to be found, no matter what combination of programming button presses and holds I complete.
In addition, two of the three blinds in my new order are not pairing to my app. I have confirmed that the blinds have power and are not in sleep mode.
All of my blinds are able to be paired to a remote channel, so I am able to raise and lower all 6 of my blinds (3 blinds in 2 different rooms), even though my app only has one blind in one room and two blinds in the other room.
I tried just about everything I could find in the troubleshooting portion of the blinds installation. I have tried pairing the blinds to the app after holding the button to flash green, as well as holding the button again to flash red and create sound, as well as putting the blinds back into deep sleep and then waking it up again. Three of my blinds are unable to pair after scanning the QR code.
Please let me know if you can send a replacement plastic end cap with the clip. Also, please tell me how I might be able to get these blinds to pair with my app, or let me know if they are defective and need replacement.
Attached are photos of the broken clip and the QR codes for the three blinds. The third QR code is the one from the first order that was working fine until a firmware update was required.

We ordered blinds for our new home and followed the measuring directions in the site. All fit perfectly, look great and fairly easy to install. There were times the front clip was a bit difficult to get into the blind support but other times they slipped right in. Couple of clips I believe were bent down too tight. Adjusted and they went in. Live our blinds
Ordered and received quickly. Shade is somewhat light vinyl material and probably could have got same quality at Home Depot or Lowe's for a little less. Overall it is fine.
Emailed and called many times but things was never resolved and as a result I ordered a blin from another company. Terrible customer care service.

I purchased 2 Classic Cordless Woven Wood Shades in Bouvardia. They are beautiful and easy to install. I love the quality and the ease of lifting them up and down. The one over my kitchen sink is inside mount and it is perfect. The other window has a very shallow depth so had to use outside mount. I wish the end pieces looked better, I wish the valance could have been wide enough to have the Velcro ends hidden.
It is easy and convenient to shop on your site. I easily ordered samples and that was great!
This is my second time ordering from select blinds. The process of ordering was so simple and it was so easy to install, I was able to install them myself.
The process was very smooth, and I loved the free samples. They helped a lot in choosing the style and color that best fit my space.
One of the blinds we ordered had issues, called customer service and uploaded few pictures and issue was resolved with new blinds!
Prior to purchasing, I asked your chat agent if this product would work with my existing blinds, remotes and the SelectConnect Bridge. The response I received was, "SelectConnect Bridge works with most of our motorized blinds, except Motorized Panel Tracks, Wand or Pull Wand Motorized Products, and Motorized Top-Down Bottom-Up Cellular Shades. If your blind isn't one of these, it should work just fine!" When I received the blind and installed it, I found out it was not compatible with my current blinds, remotes, and the SelectConnect Bridge. So, I requested a refund. The refund was denied with out explanation. Not a good customer service experience.

We replaced existing roller shade from SelectBlinds. The nee motorized roller shade fit perfectly into existing brackets thereby eliminating need to re-drill into quartz surround! My wife is "to the moon" happy!
Beautiful, excellent blinds. People think I've had them custom made. My only request is that they include more comprehensive installation instructions. The ones they came with were far too simple and didn't fully explain the install process. It made installation quite difficult.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
