The customer service I received was so wonderful! I love this company! I use for all blind orders for all of my customers. I just wish the orders were processed/delivered faster.
I had a question about ordering drapes. The first person repeated what was on the website. I decided to ask another person via on-line chat. They were able to answer my questions but then referred me to call my order in since I wanted to order more than one curtain rod. The third person I talked to was able to help with my order. I was a little frustrated at first but by the time I completed my order I was confident that my order was placed accurately. So thank you Tiff and Armando for a great experience!
After calling several blinds manufactures. I was fortunate enough to have Armando take my call at selectblinds.com. After bombarding him with an hour long full of questions I decided to purchase blinds for every window in the house. Not only was he courteous and patient, he provided customer service most places lack. He was very informative and thorough with his answers. I called to purchased a couple of blinds but felt so satisfied with the service That I ended up buying blinds for every window in my home. I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Brady. Brady answered my questions and, during the process, requested some pictures of the glass door one of the cellular shades was intended for. He noticed the door handle, which I hadn't considered in the measurements, so he revised the order while we spoke. Brady was knowledgeable and patient during the entire call. Based on that call I felt comfortable with the company and we completed our order for 18 shades at that time.

I ordered blinds a year ago and absolutely love them. They are of great quality and look beautiful. Recently one of my blinds needed to be replaced and I contacted customer service. I was on chat with one of their agents who immediately helped me and advised they were on warranty. They sent me an email to give them the details of what item I need replacing. Within a couple of hours I received an email that my new blinds are being ordered and I will receive them within 7-10 days.
This is the best customer service I have ever received. There was no hassle, no hoops to jump and they were very professional. I love this company and it's products. I will tell everyone about how great this company is. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I had a blind still under warranty that didn't hold up after 2-1/2 years. Processing a refund would have been a nightmare (old credit card, etc) so Garrett took over and got me the credit I really wanted originally, to start a replacement of a better quality shade than I had initially. He kept in touch almost daily until we agreed where we wanted to be. I've always been happy with the service and products at Select Blinds!
We have purchased at least two dozen cordless blinds through Select Blinds over the last 7 years and have been very happy with selection, price, quality and prompt delivery. Unfortunately one of our blinds quit retracting about a month out of warranty. I called customer service and explained the issue. They were understanding and replaced the blind! I really feel they went above and beyond. I certainly will buy future window coverings from Select Blinds!
Garrett was super friendly and helpful to me when I called to replace some blinds that I had goofed on the size. He gave me tips on how to remeasure and also info regarding returning or donating the blinds. He went out of his way to make sure that I was informed and satisfied with my new order.

The website is confusing to say the least. Call in to order. Do not use the website. I had some issues but, Garrett did his best to help me with my order after mistakes on my part caused a major headache. Call in ask for Garrett. He is a very helpful employee. Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
