Set up appointment and met with Brooke and gave a rough layout of what I was looking at. They sent me an email days later stating that they will get back to me once they found a new vendor that might have something that will work in my bathroom. Over a month later after not hearing back from them, I reached out to Brooke asking for an update. Ariel sent back an email with just a quote and no design (very unprofessional to just throw out a quote with no design considering my exact design and dimensions were not set when we met). I asked for a design and Ariel said that Brooke would get back to me. That was over a week ago now. I will not be using them. Luckily, I had been looking at other places and I have found someone else way more professional in every part of the process and they don't send emails titled "Hey" and "Hey There". They know my name.
