Greeted as soon as I stepped in showroom. Owner helped select several samples after showing picture of my kitchen. Office manager gave me several tile setters to call and get a quote. Finalized ordering after tile setter measured and gave me quantity to order
I called office and they ordered and gave delivery time. Everything went smoothly with office. Good people to work with.

Brooke, Lizzie, and Lindsey were all Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We got all our tile, flooring, and stone from one store. Thank you so much.

Customer service described what I needed to do/bring to figure out a counter top for my sink. She assisted me right when I got there on picking out a "remnant" (less expensive and all I needed was a smaller piece for my job). Very easy, found what i needed. Unfortunately they are so well liked i guess that the order time is way out! Looking forward to getting measuring done and install done soon I hope!

A bit on the snooty side, doesn't always get back with you as promised, be sure to double check/verify dimension calculations for quote

Have purchased tile for multiple projects and in every case, support in selecting tile (Lizzie) has been great and response on estimates and orders has been prompt. The products ordered have been delivered as promised and in good condition.

This is my second large project with Set in Stone and once again they were amazing to work with. Always available and accommodating and great at offering up ideas I hadn't thought of. They also have an incredible selection. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a kitchen/bath/laundry area. You won't regret it!

Brooke was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She identified several options in the store and with their resources. The price was about $1500 less than a competitor with more options. Will definitely recommend in the future!
