The staff was very helpful but it was awkward looking at the remnants outside. It would be nice if the regular remnants were shown as samples somewhere inside the main showrooms like other granite stores.

I stopped by several weeks ago and was very interested in several granite patterns. The lady said she would send pics later that day. When they didn't arrive I emailed the company. I did get a response that said they would send the pics that day. Never came, no email no pics.
Ariel went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Well beyond expectations. Even had a slab of marble trucked in so we could view. Who does that?
