The website says it has 24/7 customer support and they do not. They do not have a ph# I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it the only way you can at any time via email and messenger and was told the order was "processed" and can't be cancelled. Shady shady shady!
With their lack of customer support I seriously doubt that once you place an order you can ever get a refund. Filling a dispute with my bank as soon as the transaction goes from pending to completed. I would never ever trust a company that has business practice like this!

I purchased two products. Neither provide any slimming, so I was going to return. Like the numerous reviews below say, it won't let you start a return. I entered my order number and zip and it says it couldn't find my order. So I send a request for customer service support. I get 11, yes 11, auto generated responses that no matter the details I provide repeatedly tell me I must be entering the number in wrong and I should use the return process... which I explained 10 times wasn't working. There is no phone number and no one will give me an actual response. At this point I truly believe they are trying to run the return clock out so I cannot return it. So frustrating and a waste of my time and money.

I ordered two over the waist shaper. It didn't fit so I wanted to return it for a refund. The would refund my money minus 6.95. They told me to keep the items. They only refunded part of my money.

Shapermint has horrible suspicious service. They ask you questions that they do not need and already know and they want you to say yes two questions that they have already asked. For example, say yes that you live in #, say yes that your name is #. They give you an 800 number to cancel your order and that number is not even the right number. They will not stop talking to let you ask a question, etc. SO VERY SUSPICIOUS!

I received the wrong items. The return request only generates an auto email response. There is no number to call. It is a waste of time to even try to get the right items. I wish i had researched this company before buying from them.

DON'T BUY THIS - TOTAL SCAM! The bra doesn't hold like it shows in this video. I'm not flat and my girls still hold up decently but this was complete pancake boob. It's the thickness of a cheap polyester sock. Comfortable - sure - but not at all worth them money. PLUS the return policy is to charge you $6.98 so you never really get back your money AND then they told me to just keep it! It's that cheap! They don't need the return. They've just made their money back with your $6.98. I posted this on their facebook ad and they have now blocked me from letting other people know.

Shapermint Customer Service is the worst! Dispicable! All I'm getting is auto text messages asking me how can we help? I explain to them they sent me wrong size and I need them to send me the correct size. For two weeks straight we go back and forth with auto text stating that they are receiving a freaking BLANK PAGE! Rip off company! Stay away! Especially if you get the wrong order. Their shapers are ok. Feels good on, but roll down a little.

I had a hard time giving one star. I went by their sizing chart, but still didn't fit. Including the next size up. Customer service is awful, you can't talk to a person. Don't order from these people. I believe this is a scam. Doesn't fit, rolls down, uncomfortable and doesn't shape anything. Didn't work for me at all. I can get better shape wear at Walmart or the mall. I would return everything and get a full refund but I've learned that this isn't possible. Buyer beware!

The clingy stuff they show on the waist band that is supposed to grip, does NOTHING! The first time you bend over, sit down, stand up, move, sneeze etc. they roll. Instead of a smooth silhouette, you get a big old roll of fabric right at your waistline.

Am tired of the emails. You charged me for the products I ordered you only sent me 2. And the other one is a small and as soon as I realized I clicked a size small I contacted Shapermint immediately and she was suppose to change it. She did not I received the small and 1 XL and I never received the other one. I need to speak to a supervisor immediately. I really like the one shaper that I have. Im SO SUPER disappointed in the 2 different Shapermint products I purchased!
They roll down, the adhesive that's is on the top does nothing! The boy shorts rise up on the upper thighs as you move. Yes they flatten my tummy; but if they roll when moving what exactly is the point?
I Purschased the cocoon butt lifter panty and the high waist Boy short.

I was a little bit nervous after reading the bad reviews that I would have a similar experience with their products. Although when I received my order I was so pleasantly surprised. I got 3 bras and I absolutely love them. I got a 2X and it fits very true to size. I will definitely order from this company again. Keep up the great work :)

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
