I purchased their products more than a month ago. I have made more than one inquiry concerning the delivery of the order. I received an email saying I would heard something within a 48 hour max window. So far nothing and it's goong on 96 hours. I have received a tracking number which appears to be bogus as the number yields nothing when delivery inquiries are made.
Do Not waste your time and money on this company.
I ordered according to the sizing chart. The items were too big. I went through the process of returning the items and followed the tracking number. Once I verified they received my return I reached out via the costumer service email. I received one email from "Mitch" telling me that I would see something shortly with information on my replacement items. That was 10/24/18. I waited the 3-7 business days for my tracking number and nothing! I have written 4 emails and the most I got was an automated response saying that I should hear something with in 48 hours. Here we are 48 hours later and still nothing! I am very dissatisfied.

I ordered according to their sizing charts and what I received was too big in more than one way. I immediately looked for the customer service number, and learned that there isn't one. So I used the email requesting a refund this past Friday. This morning I receive an email from them that my order has shipped!?!? What order? I want a refund!

Horrible experience. Took $65 from me and never shipped my items, WTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT... Purely thieves! Seeing more people are having these same issues. They will not give me a refund and they never sent my items out. Very disappointed. Non stop headache & stress with this company. They clearly don't care a bit about their consumer's once they have your hard earned money in their pockets. Don't even bother asking for a refund & don't get your hopes up on anything they promise. It has been non stop misleading and let downs with my experience so far. Buyer beware! Just say no! There are similar items sold on Amazon with better, reputable reviews and that actually offer Customer Service that actually exists!

My first interaction was through their online chat. I was confused if my order had processed or not, somehow I ended up on a timer page. I asked the lady in chat if my order had processed or not and she said that it had not and that I should order again. I told her about the timer page and she said not to worry about that and to order again.
About thirty mins later I had ordered two of the same item, and had two conformation emails in my inbox. I emailed them back immediately, as their email says to if there is anything wrong. I told them that I needed to cancel one of the orders and how the two came to be. They replied that they could not do that but that they could give me a 20% discount. I said I did not want a 20% discount and wanted to return one of the items for a full refund. I have not heard anything back for three days. I have emailed them each day for three days, that is three separate emails and have no response.
I am very angry and will never use them again. This customer service is a joke and quite frankly will probably loose them customers in the future.

Answer: This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
