The damaged my items and lost another shipment. They never refunded the over $300 I paid for the merch, and then recovered the items and tried to charge me the $300 plus to deliver them! I would never recommend them to anyone for any international shipping.
Outstanding! I never thought it could be so easy to have things sent from the US to the UK. The website feels new and fresh, not like some courier stuck in 2010, the information is all there and Shipito makes sure to inform your how the entire process works. The extra options of 'extra padding' and 'fragile' stickers are useful and affordable, and I absolutely LOVE that a casual person like me (that only needed one parcel sent to me) can use the service for free without convuluted subscriptions or fees. I feel a lot more confident now about ordering things US side to be sent over to me in the UK or Europe, I will DEFINITELY use you guys again, honestly so happy! What I bought was not shippable to the UK because of Brexit, and because of Shipito I get to have it. Thank you!

Currently, you mentioned ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE. This did not help me decide my shipping needs. You failed in this and I am one discontented and disappointed customer.

Do not sign up. If you do, you will be charged monthly fees almost daily. Shipito billed me three payments same day and attempt to pull payments out of my credit card. I called my bank and reported my card as lost before they took the payments. The lowest scumbag on earth. Took me over a week to fight to remove all those payments. They don't respond to phone calls, emails, their useless ticketing systems. Off shore chat agents will lie to your face. Eventually I noticed my payments cancelled without any response what's so ever. Its hard to believe how much sitejabber getting paid by Shipito to keep sky high positive rating while all OP's here nothing good to say about them.

I apologize for the inconvenience, However ECCN helps us determine if we can export the item since we are only allowed to ship EAR99. We need to have these details so that we don't ship anything we shouldn't.--------
Companies like DHL, FEDEX or UPS y do not ask the ECCN code, it is not true the forwarder ask the codes.
But they say:
I am sorry that you feel this way, however this is what the carriers require. You are free to use whichever service you like, cannot promise you that these other companies will not ask for these ECCN codes or not. I only know that our carriers require them
If you buy a product with a code different than EAR99, do not use Shipito, they are going to refuse to send the packet to your country, and the only solution they give you is return to seller
I have had positive and negative experience. Positive - most of my parcels have reached me.
Negative - 2 parcels out of 20 got lost. Last parcel took quite long, and after being stuck at customs, after lengthy communications with local post service which provided me with a wrong tracking link, I have finally received it.
I bought a Fitness Sled from Torque Fitness. It's 77lbs and I was willing to pay extra for the weight and size. The package arrived to the facility but they seem to have lost it?!?! Look at the photo too. The package costs more than $800. I am very angry and I seriously don't recommend using Shipito. I contacted Shipito multiple time and they never reply. Current date is April 12th 2021 and the package arrived at Shipito warehouse on March 30th. They even have a picture of my package. Like how do you loose a 77lbs package?
Edit: On April 14th, after exactly 2 weeks of receiving the package, Shipito finally found my package. My support ticket closed like nothing happened. They charged me $3 for the package and $2 for optional fragile sticker. Currently I'm waiting for them to ship it. I'm kinda excited for the package to come to Japan. Hope there is no more problem. I'm keeping it 1 star since I waited 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
After reading countless negative reviews about Shipito, we decided to put an end to this whole matter. A company can't promise everything possible and then draw fees from you and hold your package as a hostage. It is not even possible for packages to be lost in warehouses in so many cases. Amazon, eBay, UPS, FedEx, and others carry billions of packages and lose only a fraction of them. In the reviews, we counted hundreds of lost packages in a few minutes.
Shipito then only excuses itself with the relocation of the warehouse. But we are customers, and they take money from us. We are not interested in the fact that they cannot solve their own functioning.
It is also not possible for the company not to communicate with you or provide you with only vague, general answers, which are often false.
That's why we decided to act and contacted a law firm right in Torrance (this time, we weren't so stupid and read the reviews in advance before choosing a law firm).

Please, people whose packages violate Shipito's internal regulations, United States law, or if you do not have your case thoroughly documented for do not answer to this affirmation. It would just complicate, slow down and make the whole thing much more expensive. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Trying to send a package for almost 2 weeks with a repeating problem that continue to appear after several representatives said it has been fixed. Tried to contact a customer service manager and the replay was generic and inaccurate, I've answered right away and I'm still waiting for a replay. (right now 2 days)
Suggested several solutions without any replay.
I'm purchasing online since 2007 and this is the worst experience I had so far
My package was not delivered due to an error on the documentation -- the customs declaration was unreadable (picture)-- so I requested to be refunded since the error was not on my end.
The company tried to blame me, saying the package was unclaimed. Luckily I had a copy from the unreadble document, but after I sent the proof they stopped respond my claims. I had to pay another shipping fee.

Used Shipito as a shipping proxy to the Netherlands. Everything worked as expected. Package was received and photographed, and sent out fast enough. Will use again when needed.
NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! I had an item shipped from the US to Russia in August 2020 (I paid $21,9 for shipping). It never arrived, staying somewhere at the shipping company in Russia for a month after it was cleared, and though I sent a lot of messages to Shipito pleading them to help me contact the shipping company to find the parcel (I could see it was staying in the country), they did NOTHING! The parcel was returned back to the US of course, and was lost somewhere in between. Now SHIPITO claims the customs did not clear the parcel that is why they will not do any refund to me (though tracking shows clearly the parcel was cleared). That's OUTRAGEOUS! AWFUL clients service, AWFUL service overall, NEVER USE THEM! They will not help you with any problem and will never refund if their shipping company lost the parcel BY THEIR FAULT. I lost my product and I lost money I paid to them for their service and shipping!
If i could i would like to star them -5. They asked me to mail them a notarized 1583 letter, I paid a notary office, stamped it and sent to them. Specifically I asked the notary office kept a copy of the photo and the mail letter photo as well. After a few days shipito told me they received the letter, but there's no stamp. I sent them 5 messages, asked them please take a photo of the non stamped letter, so I can asked the notary office. You know what shipito said? Sorry we disposed it already... I would like to scream... now my company files are in their hands but they refused to forward to me because they diposed my notary 1583 letter without any reason... that's why they can not even take a photo to prove it! Disgusting company. Stay away from them to save your money and your personal/business info. A scam.
